I use AskAI for the best answers

Again, When I first downloaded My AskAI I remember exploring it at a stoplight. Each time I hit a stoplight I would ask another question. I had an entire business plan in three stops, written with the voice that mirrored mine, with formulas, and a list of the applicable agencies I could send a proposal to. I knew exactly how good it was, because I had already done this the old fashion way, and it took me weeks. My AskAI did the same exact thing, except slightly better, and in minutes.

CONS

I am not sure, I think the interface is pretty perfect, I think the answers are exceptional, if anything, the price is the deterrent

I was skeptical at first, but addicted now

Very impressed. They have built software that does what I was going to build.

PROS

The ease of uploading my content and interacting with my data so fast.

CONS

It take some time getting use to what to click, where to go and how to do some things. I basically clicked on everything and watched the YouTube videos. I'm good to go now. User interface could be more intuitive, but that will come with time and the product works. User just needs to click around and explore to understand.

Great product constrained only by the GPT capabilities

Incredibly easy to create new bots and to customise them to suit my colour palette etc

The Web pages crawling capabilities can be enhanced to allow for selectable refresh intervals

Clarity in Workflow

I like it for simple tasks and getting output quick vs using chat GPT.

PROS

I liked how I could create a bot really quick, like 5 minutes, by taking data I have and just formatting it to function.

CONS

Sometimes the prompt for the AI in the settings doesn't function. "Your response should be no more than 70 characters" does virtually nothing for the response. Maybe I need to practice with the CSV input but it is very challenging to get accurate output.

A decent chatbot for dcouments

Overall, this was a good chatbot app as it allweod a lot of documents to be uploaded. However the outputs I am not sure whether they took from 1 document by itself or via many different documents and synthesised/summary together.

PROS

What is unique regarding this was the fact that you could upload multiple documents (pdfs), webpages etc - in parallel. There was a limit to the number of pdf size but it was easy to manually split the pdfs in size and then upload. Some places place a limit to the number of pdfs that can be uploaded to any chatbot - but the limits here are very much generous. Documetns and webapges can have images within without need to do any formatting which made it easier.

CONS

The pricing was a bit more expensve than competitors. It would be better if the subscription price can be reduced if you can integrate in your own OpenAI key. The output was decent but was limited in the sense that there was very much limited ability to converse with the chatbot beyond what was output. Very frequently the chats ceased, and limited followup questioning.

Because I was in the original app when it started and I paid a set amount of money for a 6 month subscription

CPA website feedback

So far, I need this to improve. Customer Service responded quickly initially but then took a few days for the follow up.

PROS

It fulfills the novelty that I was looking for on my website.

CONS

It does not function great. It needs to speak the language it is spoken to and provide more answers based on the content. My first AI straight up didn't answer simple questions like, do I get taxed on a home sale when I had added the publication for home sales from the IRS website. Things like that

I wanted to try to see if this fulfilled the novelty need at a lower price and more user friendly interface. It does, but quickly runs into limitations with the answers.

A usable and effective entry point to creating a custom AI knowledge base

PROS

Documentation is a constant problem on my engineering team. We've never figured out how to organize our documentation to really make it effective and usable. So I was curious how LLM AIs could solve this problem. My AskAI is exactly the type of service I was looking for -- allowing me to upload my existing documentation with a clean and intuitive interface. It immediately generates an AI tuned to my custom knowledge base so I can ask natural language questions about my documentation and get back helpful replies. I especially appreciate how it allows adding a source document and references this in it's answer -- helping myself and my team to find the relevant documentation without any hassle.

CONS

The trial I am on limits source documents to just 3 uploads. I feel like I could get around this by cramming a bunch of info into just 3 source documents so it feels like an unecessary limit. It'd be nice to have at least 10 uploads on the free tier. The challenge I am up against now is not having an understanding of how best to structure the source documents I do upload. In testing the AI I made, the answers were not always complete or helpful. I need to learn how to write the documentation so that it creates a more knowledgeable AI.

MyAsk AI was recommned to me and I jumped on it right away as I loved the idea of it.
