If a request got inserted in the wrong category, you can't just drag & drop it into the proper section. You can't see in one place everything the client uploaded.

I do not have experience with other software's so not certain how to compare. It would be great if it could integrate with iChannel.

Tipalti makes it easy to quickly view status of payments and invoices. Having one payment run for international and domestic payments reduces time and costs.

We liked the self-service option for onboarding new  clients. Tipalti made it super easy to manage monthly payments to the clients, no matter what country and currency they bill in.

Overall simplicity and provides a good tracking, invoices and payment status.

If a vendor is not payable, it can sometimes be difficult to understand the cause.

Their customer service is excellent and the on-boarding was not very time consuming, though we had just completed another software process so we had a lot of our materials ready in advance.
