Most issues I run into are not because of the integrator as much as the limitations of the end point softwares or process errors that need addressing.

Reporting tool and Planning tool have been invaluable to our organization. Somewhat disappointed in loss of functionality with new version releases.

So imagine my surprise when I struggled helplessly for hours trying to figure out the Excel version of the tool. It is by no means intuitive.

Very easy functionality and ease of use to describe and show clients. Linking with excel is fun and easy for everyone to use no matter what the person's background.

It's easy to format and give it the look I want. I also love the ability to schedule my reports to run when I want them to run.
