I dislike the length of time it takes to get to a complete resolution on issues that are found in the software.

Having the ability to customize reports and letters, as well as track data and due dates, is so beneficial. The CGC staff is certainly worth commenting on.

ECMS is updating the software constantly to provide the customer with the best product. The menu options are very organized, giving you the ability to navigate quickly and efficiently.

For me the best feature about the software is the Reporting. Every construction ERP that we reviewed  did not have a powerful Biz Intelligence reporting writing tool.

The system need a custom installation and very difficult to try to understand.

The customer support has remained strong. CGC modules we like best are Accounts Payable, Document Imaging and Workflow routing, IBM software maintenance program, General Ledger, Data Inquiry.

We have been using  eCMS since it was CMS, we are fairly familiar with the system. Introduction browser as interface did add and open more windows and we are happy with it.

I have used this for 11 years and love everything about it from billing to check writing to reporting.

ECMS is an excellent out of the box solution that doesn't take a handful of programmers to develop and setup.

Their customer support is amazing. So knowledgeable, helpful and kind.

All of our Job Costing data flows back into the Estimating Department to continue the cycle of successful project bidding.

Computer browser restrictions has limited some functionality over the years but is soon going away in the new anticipated release.

I have to manage our projects through a variety of stages in order to be successful and this ERP allows me to do that with ease.

Visibility and accessibility of actual Job Cost is straight forward and easy to use for project management and accounting staff. We upgraded to eCMS4.1 in October 2018.

Their customer support is always great and gets us answers and help quickly. With even more new features coming soon, it will only make our investment in eCMS even more valuable.

You need to make sure it is configured to meet your needs as a company. If it's not done right the first time, it could be painful going back and changing the way the system operates.

We are very happy with the integration of the accounting and project management sides of the software. Integration is key for our efficiency.

We have been using eCMS on the cloud version for almost 10 years. The reliability and flexibility of eCMS is excellent.

Experience has been good overall, It's a stable platform that can do may things required of a construction software package, and can do it all under one system.

They are aware of the shortcomings of their Live Call functions, and they are receptive to feedback. We appreciate being part of their beta testing to improve the platform.

Implementation can be difficult at times, especially when using non-standard data sources to import.

As you can guess this is very frustrating when a client is on the way and I need an accurate report asap.

You can see multiple channels, campaigns, and more in an easy to use interface.

This program was fairly easy to deploy and it has a great interface that makes it easy to find the specific information or datasets you are looking for.

I love the ability to aggregate and normalize data. Additionally - the smart connector features is big for our agency.

I love all the API connections they have built out. It makes it extremely easy to pull in data from the core platforms we are advertising on.

I love the client access and viewer management capabilities. Having a nice dashboard with a unique login and URL looks so great as an agency.

There's so much this platform can do it was initially quite daunting how I've been able to reach out to the support team who are always happy to help no matter how basic/advanced my questions are.

Pricing was very flexible and the software was customizable to meet our needs.

One of the best things about TapClicks is that you have access to many different features and if they don't have it already integrated into their software they will work with you to get it in place.

A lot of the time the document will be different once exported from TapClicks to PowerPoint which is frustrating. Data sometimes is not the most accurate.

Lack of aesthetic formatting options (change font size/style, etc.).

A great tool for agencies who need a consolidated report.
