Other than Albato, I have used Zapier, Pabbly, Make and KonnectItz. I do not find Albato the easiest to use; however, it is one of the more powerful automation apps. There's an App Integrator that lets you create your own apps and offers endless options with support for API access. Which makes Albato a great investment for those wanting more advanced automations. I am impressed so far with the number of pre-built apps that has been added over the past year.

I find the connection interfaces and automation screens very easy to follow and organize compared to some of the other apps. The detailed history logs and error handling are top-notch. The App Integrator is also a great bonus, and I am looking forward to learning more and trying it out.

Unlike Pabbly, you have to stop automations before editing them. This doesn't sound like a big deal, but makes it much easier to fix errors without having to disrupt your incoming webhooks. I found this very handy with Pabbly and would love to see this implemented in Albato. Also, I find that Pabbly separates the incoming data better with headers, so it's a lot easier to understand. I find with Albato, I usually have to check logs to see if I placed the data in the correct spots.

What I like about Albato is that it is super easy to start your automation and connect all your applications. In few minutes, you can start your automation. It is very easy & userfriendly, plus the documentation is great when you need a little help.

Some integration are missing but the team behind it are adding more and more so I think it will be a question of time before it reach the level of integration of their biggest competitors.

Customer Support is friendly and helpful they have stuck with me until my questions were resolved. They also have all the same tools as the company that starts with a Z. Albato however is way more affordable. The connection list has everything I need and there is even the ability to create your own custom app connections and use them as you would any other connection. There is a lot here on offer, take it for a spin.

Albato is growing which means it doesn't have everything. It would be nice if it had better testing and the ability to replay a failure. The connection list is growing which is good. However, an obvious miss for me is associated with the Activecampaign connection that doesn't allow you to tag a person on the create/update task. It seems obvious that option would be there but apparently not. Is it still worth it, yes. Does it have most of everything that the big players have, yes. Is it worth figuring out how to fill in the gaps until Albato comes around and fills them, yes.

Very good, didn't take me long to figure out at all and could start testing and recreating my automations from another platform quite quickly.

There are a few UI tweaks which would be great, list \ table view for the automations opposed to cards. Also if you could see the technical API field name along side the nice end-user description that would be great for technical guys like me

All the integrations that we needed for our use case were present and working flawlessly. The software is really well documented and the support staff is right there to assist us. For example, we were having an hard time trying to understand the difference between Transactions vs operations and their support staff was able to clarify immediately.

The best thing about Albato is the ability to add yourself the integrations you need through the App builder. That together with the ease of use make it the best option that exists.

It is an starting platform so it doesn’t have all the integrations other platforms have but the fact that they are working really hard every week with the possibility to add integrations by yourself make up for their shortcomings.

Albato has helped me save a lot of my professional and personal timing. I've been sending my WooCommerce activities to various other tools like Acumbamail, Prove Source etc where I process this information further and use them to promote my business. One of the features that I had asked about the parser is also being worked on and with that it'll save even more time. The tool is simple and easy to use, where I can just define the source/destination and the process in between. The Row Gluing tool has been a killer saver for me.
