For the time I had an account I never used it because it was frustrating and difficult to figure out HOW to... after I quit, the customer support was good at reaching out to me to ask why.

Sometimes the messages that you get about backups can be misleading. It will say that you have a certain amount set for backup, and sometimes it will be a number that seems really low.

Overall, the potential for the program, and the idea seems great. But unless you have a huge bandwidth or pay for extra it's difficult to use for a some business owner like myself.

Easy to use back-up plan, but upload speeds could be better.

Ability to set backup frequency and retention policies. Customer service is outstanding.

I liked what I saw, did some research, and decided to jump. It was money worth spent especially for the peace of mind it brought for protecting my files, pictures, and music.

Overall I think it's a great price and great product. Once setup, runs quietly and consistently in the background.

The CrashPlan administrative portal is fairly easy to use, and it has many great features.

I get a simple email telling me if the backup was successful or not. I recently had to use their customer support and their instructions were PERFECT.

Which it did for me when my iMac died and the restore I did from my Apple TimeMachine backup was incomplete. I had lost a bunch of files.

There is no easy way to cancel. I had to keep disputing charges with my bank until they cut off my account.

Data de-duplication seems to backup lots of files efficiently even if you re-organize your folder structures. Upload and download speeds are generally good.

Great once user's commit to configuring their backup.

The ease of use for deployment of the application to a laptop and or desktop is seamless. The dashboard is very easy to use and has useful information right on the main page.

Every time I have looked into this with support, it has turned out that the correct amount WAS set for backup, but I believe the email went out mid backup, and therefore gave a misleading message.

I used Crashplan for several years and found it to be an excellent reliable product.

Enterprise class features like (Active) Directory integration and storing encryption keys on-site while using cloud backup.

For the price it's one of the best offsite backup services. Speed seemed fine as long as you have a good connection.

Worse still, if you move or delete a large number of files in a short time the app treats your computer as a new device and starts charging you for two devices resulting in being charged double.

Strong encryption, compression and an easy to use interface make using the client a pleasure. Documentation is very detailed and easy to read and follow along.

We have been using CrashPlan for almost 3 years now and it continues to impress as an endpoint backup solution. The true beauty of it lies in its stealth, simplicity and reliability.

Overall though, I love CrashPlan, and recommend it to many people.

It is a good back up system overall and has a free version. It can back up an entire network from a windows server.

We were just recently able to integrate with our outlook process and LOVE IT.

I appreciate the fact I can see when someone has opened my email as well. The dashboard is simple, clean, and professional.

Again, easy to use and amazing. Myself and my staff think this is 10 out of 10.

When I give up and call sales they don't seem to know anything. Just a frustrating experience.

Delivery Trust is am incredible product that is simple, robust , and versatile in its ability to integrate with most email clients to ensure privacy with each message with sensitive data.

When we have had questions or issues, their tech support team is immediately responsive and a pleasure to work with. We're definitely satisfied customers.

To send an occasional email it works most of the time. But, Whenever I really need it to work it fails.

Price and stated ease of use. It was pretty easy to learn the system.

Clients don't receive the email or eSign doc for an hour or more and sometimes never. Tech support is never available to deal with issues.

I like it that before I send an email it will ask me if I want to send this securely. This helps myself and my staff make sure that we are following secure HIPAA protocol.

Identillect's Gmail plugin makes it very functional and user friendly to send encrypted emails and (Even more important): It's simple for the email recipient to open.

It's especially great when that person actually knows what they're doing and helps to resolve your issue.

It will take a little longer for your Outlook e-mail to load a new message. I guess this is the price you pay for have e-mail encrypted.

This software is amazing. It is has all the bells and whistles without a huge monthly cost.

I can easily attach all reports to the email. Customer support is also very good.

The thing I like the most about Identillect is their customer support. This is a company that actually responds to your customer service issues quickly and in-person.

CrashPlan is a cloud-based application that works as a storage platform. It can be operated from any internet connection at a given point in time. It keeps a continuous backup of all the files that are in the home directory of a campus based system. The data classification offered by CrashPlan is the maximum of "Restricted".


The software also provides restoring platforms from either a client’s workstation or the CrashPlan website. For activation of the software, a user only has to login to the app using their BearID and password. As soon as the user logs in, CrashPlan starts creating backup of all the files in the system. Computers that are used for departmental work like a student workstation or a research system, require the CrashPlan account manager to log into the account on the particular computer  to activate the backup service for the device.
