There's no comparison. For registered agent and entity management, Filejet is the solution.

One stop access to view entity status in multiple jurisdictions and consolidated billing has been a game changer for us.

PROS

Start up was simple and painless. They are much more responsive than our previous provider and offer a consolidated dashboard making it easy to keep track of filings and notices.

CONS

No cons that I can identify at this point.

Parkmobile User Review

Filejet has been a great asset to us to manage our many entities and jurisdictions. The customer service is efficient and very thorough. It has enabled us to focus on other matters requiring immediate attention. We are very pleased thus far.

PROS

This software is easy to use and efficiently helps manage our compliance requirements.

CONS

Auto generated maintenance reminders are sent; however, it doesn't give you the actual jurisdiction that is requiring maintenance.

Reasons for switching to Filejet

CSC missed deadlines and failed to file the required documents on time. This incurred additional expenses in penalties for being late in filing our annual reports and renewing our business licenses.

Fully-automated and managed business registration and license service

Our relationship started off strong, especially in relation to Filejet's competitors. There was open and frequent communications, however as time has progressed it has been more difficult to obtain information we need and reassurances regarding the automatic renewals in a timely fashion. Between the lack of coordination with email alerts/the platform it is hard to determine if crucial renewals are up to date and that nothing else is required from us. Our uncertainty has been furthered by inquiries we have made into existing registrations and requests for new state registrations that have taken longer than expected. Answers from Filejet have at times left us confused about the processes and documentation required.

PROS

The ability to view discreet jurisdictions within separate folders. Uploaded documents are more visible than in a previously used platform. The billing and invoicing sections of the site are also easy to access and well organized.

CONS

Information can be hard to locate and the folders in which they were organized were not uniformly labeled, leaving certain key documents in secondary folders. CSE receives regular notifications via email about upcoming renewals, however once in the platform, there isn't a way to determine what action is required regarding said renewals. It would be nice if the alerts were more apparent and tied with the email alerts.

Reasons for switching to Filejet

Filejet made a compelling offer of services. Our previous company made errors and incurred fines that Filejet assured us would not happen.

Efficient Solution for entity management and filings

Very responsive customer support; great "hand holding" while we implemented the product.

PROS

"clean" user interface; logical and easy to navigate.

CONS

I would prefer that there be just one listing for an entity, rather than multiple entries based on qualifications in various states. It would be cleaner if I could just see a listing of entities that did not show multiple entries for the same entity.

Easy to Use and Great Customer Service

I've been pleasantly surprised at the functionality and services provided by Filejet. [sensitive content hidden] is beyond helpful, [sensitive content hidden] has been great, and [sensitive content hidden] is always there to help too.

PROS

Filejet makes it so easy to manage all our entities across states and territories. We've had exponential growth the past few years, which means more compliance requirements to keep up with and having all our entities managed in one place, and having that place also be where I can get annual filings done or expand into another state with the clicks of a few buttons has been a big time saver. The user interface of a system is also important and Filejet's dashboards and organization are more user friendly that other systems I've used. The knowledge of the staff and the helpful attitudes have made even the most difficult issues a pleasure to work through.

CONS

I occasionally am not sure where to find how to order a letter of good standing or a new entity; however, I think the newest product improvements have likely eliminated that issue as I can do those things from various places in the system.

PROS

For me, it's more about the team that is dedicated to me in order to ensure we are keeping up with the requirements we have from an entity maintenance perspective. It has been extremely helpful.

CONS

From what I recall, the front end work was a bit frustrating.

The Best Customer Support

PROS

The integration process for this software was incredibly easy. The Filejet team handled the entire migration with little to no direction from me. They have a top-notch team that is always willing and eager to help, no matter what the issue is. I couldn't be happier with this product and would highly recommend to anyone.

CONS

I wish I would receive notification of lawsuit filings sooner. I feel like I'm getting notified of loaded documents a week or two after they were filed. I also wish a copy of the loaded document was always included in the notification to me.

Eases the Adminstrative Burden!

PROS

Knowing that I won't miss a deadline and risk penalties is hugely valuable to me, my team, and our company!

CONS

I wish we could integrate the filings to auto-save into our Sharepoint once they're uploaded.

Concierge service

Hate all the bigger players out there FileJet needs to get more visibility out there in the market. Blows my mind how old school existing solutions in the market are.

PROS

Feels like the best of what a compliance and filing solution should offer: cloud-based, secure, real time tracking with a concierge-like feel for service.

CONS

Feel like once onboarded and aggregated, there should be a different pricing tier so you’re not purely paying per-entity only. Almost like a subscription type service.

Reason for choosing Filejet

Saw a demo and liked the UI and customer service feel.

Constant errors and bad reporting despite the same cost

So easy a general counsel can use it

PROS

The platform is fairly intuitive. With the infrequency that I log in, it's important that I don't spend fifteen minutes remembering how to find things.

CONS

The communication between the sale and implementation could have been better, as we spent a couple of go arounds getting the invoice to what we'd agreed upon. All told, this is picking at nits. If every implementation was *this difficult*, I would be a very happy person.

Game Changer!

PROS

FileJet is amazing. The implementation process could not have been more simple and the FileJet team is incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. I appreciate having all of our documents in one place. This dramatically cuts down the administrative burden on our side. The online filing system is convenient as well. Gone are the days where I have to print out numerous filings, sign by hand and scan back in. It's all taken care of online with no need for a physical signature.

CONS

Nothing to note as of yet except for a few glitches in auto populated data.
