- I love that you can add so many different modules or even design your own with some effort but very little cost, for a nonprofit that is great.
- Salesforce is a really great product I loved the tools used and tips to help you create sales and serve better for customers.
Cons
- It gets a bit frustrating. I also hate the double authentication because I do not always have my phone with me when I need to get on the software.
- There is little to be said about cons. I experienced minor trouble when accessing customer support at some point which would probably be the worst of it.
Pros
- I would definitely recommend this software to anyone looking to streamline their business.
- Total Office Manager has drastically improved the efficiency of our business. The all-in-one functionality is the biggest advantage.
Cons
- We have to wait 2-5 hours to reach anyone with questions or problems and still don't have our data brought over correctly 2 months in after paying for extra time with the migrations person.
- Often times an update will fix one bug but create new bugs. Retail prices mysteriously change on their own which is very disturbing.
