  • Pros

  • I LOVE that I am able to go back and listen to interviews. Our clients love that they can listen to snippets of the interview and get an idea of candidate communication skills.
  • Even just the call scheduling feature is fantastic, but being able to record bits of audio is an amazing and helpful tool -- we've been able to quickly consider talent for a variety of roles this way.
  • Cons

  • There are some functional issues. There's a lag in calls and the system can get to be a little glitchy at times.
  • But not THAT long with Honeit. I really can't think of anything I don't like.

  • The setup is very easy to follow and manage. And the software functions are pretty comprehensive and easy to use.
  • The software has great features that help you manage all your DID needs. You can add new DID´s, get special offers, get analytics and all the information you need to get the most of your IPBX.
  • Cons

  • No mobile apps or desk phones available. Billing usage reports contain raw data and are not customizable (to customers).
  • It took a few tech's until I was able to get the information that I needed...but they stuck with me.
