  • Pros

  • We love how easy it is to add new people to the system and change settings, the customer support chat is amazing.
  • Ease of use and integration, customer service is decent.
  • Cons

  • The recent frequency of degraded service, particularly on Mondays and the lack of an ETA on any type of fix.
  • The app is terrible, calls drop every time, they don't connect half of the time, when I answer a call the patient doesn't hear me.

  • The reports are extensive and if you find that they're lacking in anyway you can either build your own custom reports or request it be done for you by their excellent support staff.
  • Operationally really good, excellent support staff - easy to on board and deploy.
  • Cons

  • Clunky and difficult to use more complex features.
  • In the past when the system has been down it has affected the business across all campaigns and in return affected the clients and agents costing the business a significant loss of revenue.
