Activity messenger has been a lifesaver. As a private school with a growing through the population, I could be messenger has been a saving grace this fall.

This software is extremely user friendly and very well suited for the administration of our gymnastics club.

They've been very responsive to requests & helpful when we can't get things done. They are also very upfront (in a good way) about what limitations that they have.

They have an awesome vision, fully support the product.

We implemented Activity messenger in the fall of 2020 and the ease of use to customize our branding, and integrate with our registration software was so straightforward.

Some labels/feature names are confusing to understand at first glance.

Not only are the open to suggestions, they are willing to implement and have been so open to feedback on what works and what could be tweaked - just outstanding customer service.

There are 3 useful pricing structure tiers great for several different sized organizations or business. It allows you to integrate with Canva.com and Pixel, both of which can be free.

This system is fast and efficient and user friendly for the customer. The price was a great selling point for the amount of forms we collected a year with out breaking the budget.

The developer works quickly, makes improvements constantly and supports the product closely and effectively.

The biggest problem Activity Messenger has solved for us is electronic waivers.

The technical support is awesome and listen to the organization needs.

Love the personal help accompanied with software. Anytime I have a question I get a fast response.

Our customers love having the reminders with dates, times, meeting locations, special requirements, in their hands at the right time. The product integrates with Amilia and Zoom seamlessly.

The customisation that we can do and the true collaboration with Activity Messenger's team. The integration with our business processes is also great.

At this point, I do not have anything to say about negative aspects of the software.

The team at Activity Messenger has been absolutely outstanding and on top of everything. Using Activity messenger for our online classes as simplied the process so much.

Activity Messenger easily wins on creating lists, building templates and cost. Lists are easy to upload, paste and build with extensive filter capacity as well as dual unsubscribe features.

The integration with Amilia and ability to connect with our specific client lists is wonderful. This has been essential this year with so many changing dynamics due to the pandemic.

There is little to no integration with Amilia's facility rentals.

We only had a PDF version before which was very difficult for families.

SENSITIVE CONTENT] are truly fantastic at responding to requests quickly, and integrating suggestions.

The ease of use is something I really appreciate. I'm not a techie, but the intuitive interface of the platform has allowed me to navigate and configure everything without a problem.

It has moved us from administratively paper based, to virtual, very rapidly and during a time when it was extremely necessary. The fact that it has a direct link to Amelia is fantastic.

Very happy with the decision to add this product. It has helped save time and money on many aspects of my job.

With the ever changing COVID-19 policies and procedures at the moment, Activity Messenger has has been invaluable due to it's ease of use, adaptability and low cost.

Templates are a dream to build. Pricing is based on use and not list size which is a giant saving.

Parents absolutely love how easy it is to use one form for multiple children, and we love how it captures a digital signature.

Overall, I would highly recommend this product as simple to set up, easy to use and well priced. By far the most outstanding aspect is their customer service.

It has been great having a website just for our classes and camps at a reasonable price.

I appreciated the support during the training and setting up process, but the best has been the positive feedback we’ve received from parents regarding the easiness of the registration process.

I tested over 20 classroom management cloud-based platforms. I started cancelling my trial one platform at a time and Jumbula was the one that persevered.

Every inquiry has been answered promptly by a real person, sometimes within minutes, and gave solutions specific to our situation, not a cut and paste response.

Also during set up we were able to have a live walk-through and address questions that are unique to our situation. At this (or any) price point, the level of service is wonderful.

Now that we have a nice setup, next year the effort to setup our new school year registrations will be one forth the effort.

Along the way, the support staff has been very responsive and has made enhancements to their software in places where I found issues.

There is some quirkiness with the menu clicks that expand or collapse views.

Jumbula's customer support is outstanding, responding quickly to any questions or concerns.

While it is marketed as a product for children's activities our students are mostly adults and it was easy to adapt for that purpose.

I like the simplicity of using Jumbula management system , I find it very convenient  to setup seasonal schedule for our classes online.

After spending at least 20 hours setting up this platform for our camp, having Jumbula link up Stripe and pay pal in advance, what a disaster.

As a rapidly growing company, Jumbula was an answer to our administrative prayers, but the ease of use wasn't everything we had hoped for.

I like the ability of be able to accept payment through a system that can be connected to any Paypal account.

It was very easy to integrate Jumbula into our website so customers could register for events.

This software met our needs for registration and waitlist management as a small school. It is the best value cost wise that we could find as well.

Jumbula does so much for the price. It is easy to learn and has tons of helpful reports to stay organized with your registrations.

The platform is easy to use, and there are lots of tutorial videos and articles to guide you through learning their system.

I think the software is very easy to setup and use on both the back office and customer side of things. It is very simple to use and does not require any kind of software background to use.

This software is very easy to use. There are a lot of great features.

Jumbula is very easy to use and is a great value.

We transitioned to Jumbula this past June after two unsuccessful attempts at customizing our own software.

And made everything so convenient. We are non profit so this was very affordable.

Their support team is very responsive and helpful you are guaranteed to receive an answer with a  solution to your question within two hours or so.

The reporting enables administrators to extract information that is needed. Jumbula is a great product for the price and we could not be happier.

I am happy with our purchase so far as I found that I was glued to the dashboard where I could view our realtime registration status through our critical registration period.

Users can configure registration forms to meet the needs of their organization. Clients can register for multiple events and pay for them together. Users can also provide clients with supplemental information such as waivers, offers for additional services and various discounts.
