  • Pros

  • The best aspect of ACS is that it can hold and track a massive amount of diverse data. You can track all of the things you would expect in a database like names, contact info, birthdates, etc.
  • It seems to be a great place to store all kinds of information.
  • Cons

  • I have had to call ACS to have them walk me through how to do such reports as doing so is in no way intuitive.
  • There is no way for the congregation to interface to the database to maintain their own information. This package puts a huge burden on the administratoe to keep it all up to date.

  • The product is very easy to use and helps the team stay organized with everything as things can become very disorganized, easily.
  • You can create any kind of automation or workflow that you can dream up. This can save you an incredible amount of time in the long run.
  • Cons

  • Costs are always a concern for small nonprofits, and that's probably the only part of Salesforce that we struggled with.
  • Because it's a large company it can be difficult to get through the proper channels to get changes we've needed.
