NetSupport 11 upgrade changed to a more difficult to use interface. Initially overwhelming with amount of options displayed on the start screen.

I like the fact that it is very user friendly and has become more user friendly throughout the years.

It would be great if a few steps were taken out in the updating process. Aside from that, it has proven to be very useful in our environment.

Ability to keep students focused in the classroom greatly assists with the needs of the students and helps me in the classroom.

The management tie-in with GMC works great, the web filters are a must for a classroom environment, and the educator tools are very easy to use.

We hope to expand in the future and willdefinitely be looking for more NetSupport to grow with us as we do. Thank you to all of the staff at NetSupport for a great product and the constant updates.

Having this product installed here gives me peace of mind. We are quickly able to shut down unauthorized site viewing.

Install without a domain is a little tricky. Had some issues trying to install the software while not on a domain.

I cannot recommend that platform enough. It makes the entire monitoring process seamless and easy to manage from the console(s).

Some of the bugs like opps error some times synchronization of data. Else i have not seen any other bugs as of now.

Paper diary, email and sms communication have serious limitations and SchoolDiary killed them. Payment integration solved everything when it comes to collecting small amounts of money from parents.
