Really great, we have actually recommended this to our PIs for future use when creating research trials within our hospital.

Overall the system is good, it does it's job and worth the cost. I think simplifying the building proccess and making repeated measures display a bit more informative would be better.

Impressive flexibility, ability customize forms with (almost) any imaginable feature/data flow.

Also, the randomization tab is always available, which can lead to errors because some people randomize the patient before being certain that the patient can be included in the study.

I love how you can play around with setting up a study (test study) so you can learn and implement that best data collection process for your study. The customization is great.

I like that Castor EDC is user friendly software. I can quickly enter data and I have order, then I can easily work with all data.

I had trouble changing the entered data later and there was no color change after the questions were answered.

We use CastorEDC for clinical trial data management. It's been great working with Castor, and their customer service always responds so promptly and is always super helpful.

The buildup of the software is not very flexible, it is not possible to click and drop certain parts of questionnaires to other parts of the database. Moving things around is quite difficult.

Some Tools ae missing for my Purpose e.g. multimedial integration.

Also making queries is very nice, it has multiple steps in closing a query what makes it very clear. What's also great is that gaining access to a database is very simple and easily arranged.

The software is user friendly, and it is clear that (medical) researchers were involved in the development of the software - which is very convenient.

In the past, I had issues with obtaining a calculation for a specific formula and the customer support was so helpful, truly. Responses were almost immediate and my issue was resolved.

Overall it is a good and solid platform that is easy to use and master. You can achieve a lot with a minimum of effort.

Add to that the amazing customer service and I was even happier.

Easy to use - if you can shop on your phone, you can use Florence eBinders, and so can your investigators.

Overall experience with Florence is positive. The interface is easy to learn and navigate.

Integration was interesting to say the least. We tested the environment for a few months then went live the transition started before COVID however we had to push forward fast.

I don't like that documents create new versions especially when it is for something like a typographical error.

Right now when printing or saving a log the you see all changes for each individual line and it distracts from what the current information is and looks messy.

The program makes it really easy to complete the signing of documents that have been assigned to me and navigate forms and documents for each study.

As we juggle multiple job functions on a daily basis, the limited log in time should be at least 30 minutes.

I do like that we can customize our folders and binders similar to how it was on paper. Wish it could be sorted by date.

I like the ability to customize the binder structure. I really love how there is a document count for folders so you don't have to open each one to see if there is anything filed in it.

ESignature workflow is awesome and ease of filing documents is wonderful.

The potential of its ability to integrate with other systems.

I like how easy it is to navigate between documents. This makes my work feel less intimidating when trying to jump from project to project.

Florence is so easy to use. We were uploading our documents and easing into it when we were catapulted into Florence during the pandemic.
