I use 3CX primarily to check the quality of calls going out within the business, the feature that allows all calls to be recorded and played back on any computer with ease is therefore very useful.

It just works all the time. Windows or Linux (Debian) both versions whether in the cloud or on hardware are solid, solid, solid.

The overall experience was great. It provides you with ability to work remotely and be easily reached.

It signs me out a lot and I have to get an admin to log me back in. That is very frustrating as it takes up both my time and my co-workers.

Also, one of the most helpful things about 3CX is its very active and helpful online community where you can post any questions you might have about the software.

I love how to some extent, it removes clunky items such as landlines and mobile phones. It will definitely save you on some cost.

There does not seem to be an SMS feature or at least it is not working for us. Depending on your internet situation and computer specs, the call can be blurry.

The user client is easy to use and looks great. The system has been rock solid and I love the architecture with resiliency and cheap redundancy built in from the ground up.

I hate the fact that it goes through the internet, because if your internet goes out, you lose your phone, or if your phones goes out, you lose your other programs.

I have tried to chat several times and either the agents don't know how to solve the problem or I keep getting kicked off the chat.

I'd say we've had a seamless integration of ShortTel at our firm. I love the added features and how easy they are to use.

I've had complaints from colleagues that have been unable to figure out how to add contacts. When they try to set it up, they end up accidentally calling people.

The mobility app (application on smartphone) is antiquated and constantly dropping. Price is extremely high compared to the poor quality of service received.

It does it's job, you can make calls and I do appreciate the integration with Salesforce. Compared to other systems this is one of the few systems that logs incoming calls which is really helpful.

This is a straightforward softphone solution allowing me to work remotely. It is simple enough to customize to my needs.

This is a good phone system to use. There is an intercom function that is pretty cool to drop in on coworkers.

They have great service availability and monitoring. The customer support line is superb.

We've been using ShoreTelSky since its inception. They have always focused on providing a quality service and excellent customer service.

I like how you have a GUI interface for dialing, answering, seeing call logs etc. It is much nicer to navigate vs having to do that on the phone itself.

I like the ease of use, quality of service, and outstanding customer support.
