  • Pros

  • They go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. And their support in these crazy Covid times as been priceless, supportive and amazing.
  • What I like most about CloudCall is how user friendly it is. What I LOVE ABOUT CLOUDCALL, is there amazing customer service.
  • Cons

  • This software and UI is horribly clunky, slow and a burden to attempt to navigate through constantly.
  • This can make it a struggle to place calls out and/or recieve calls. Click to call sometimes stops working as well.

  • The UI is very good and it provides clear reporting and billing. We regularly use this for SMS, Email marketing campaigns.
  • The best thing about Infobip is its customer support and service. They help in integration and other required process.
  • Cons

  • It was to prevent spam but it felt too restrictive. Additionally, the 2FA options to login to their portal is only via text message SMS, without the option to authenticate via OTP.
  • Sometimes getting setup was a little tricky, as we needed to verify each sender ID before we were allowed to use this.
