From scrappy under dog to industry leader in just a few years

Telnyx handles 100% of our toll free traffic. We would love for them to handle even more of our traffic.

PROS

The Telnyx portal puts everything at your fingertips. Number Routing, Call Forwarding, Endpoint Configuration, Reporting, and even a super easy porting tool. We have everything we need right in the portal. If we have questions or concerns, support is only a call away. And they are great!

CONS

There is very little that I can say that would be considered bad. I think the only thing would be the standard long distance inbound and outbound rates are a little high compared to some of our other carriers.

Awesome communications choice

PROS

Love that it's so flexible, affordable, and fairly easy to use

CONS

Couple of gotchas in the initial setup but not a trouble overall

Reason for choosing Telnyx Suite

Twilio does not offer fax services. I'm happy Telnyx not only has fax but also much more.

Reasons for switching to Telnyx Suite

RingCentral support was so hard to get in touch from or get decent help from, and they hit me with $35 of taxes on a $10 bill.

A Quick Review

It has been functional and the support team is great, even if the reliability of some routes hasn't been.

PROS

The portal is feature rich and once familiar with the interface and the connectivity of features to one another, is easy to navigate. Porting experience has benn great.

CONS

Too many service interruptions and call completion issues in Canada, that in some cases are upstream from Telnyx, but still too many.

The perfect mix of customer service, functionality, and price

Support was fast. Product is cheap and works as advertised. The feature set is very large and very configurable.

PROS

- Pricing is extremely clear and transparent while staying low and significantly reducing overhead over other solutions. - Support is fast and committed to doing a good job. They answer on weekends and are quick to get matters resolved. No AI assistant sits between you and their humans if you don't want it to. - The control interface gives you lots of configurable options and makes it clear what the system is actually doing with your call routing behind the scenes.

CONS

The only con I could identify when reflecting on the setup process was that to dial internationally you must complete additional verification which isn't the case on competitor's platforms. But the verification process was simple and even when rejected their support was fast to evaluate our business case as legitimate and mark the account as verified. I believe this process also reduces robocallers using Telnyx and SMS spam, so I won't complain much.

Reasons for switching to Telnyx Suite

Telnyx has lower pricing and clearer billing for minutes and SIP channels.

Telnyx some difficulties but recently solid service

When the dos attack happened a couple of years ago we migrated many clients away for Telnyx and those that remained we use another carrier for their outbound traffic.

PROS

The ability to make real time changes in regards to connections and TNs

CONS

The technical support avoids speaking on the phone and we feel like when we sent chats and emails, only pieces of the issue are responded to. Many times my tech team feels like that have to prove to support that the issue on on Telnyx or carrier side.

great customer support team

PROS

great customer support team we had a problem in linking our site with telnyx we called customer support to help us they were so fast in replying. helped us and now every thing is working fine.

CONS

I can't pay with PayPal anymore .. i think it's a bad move from them to not allowing to pay with PayPal

No word to say .. good at almost everything

PROS

What a support ... They are doing there job perfectly .. but not all of them to be honest and fair .. most of them just ignoring you for nothing. but overall i'm happy with using Telnyx

CONS

They close the way that i was paying with .. PayPal i don't know why they did this.

It Just works

PROS

There is much to like about Telnyx ....from the simplicity of the website, porting processes that are well defined and in a nutshell, it simply works. Great to see hear real people on the phone when working with your account and most importantly the most responsive support Team I have seen.

CONS

Would be great to be able to provide the reseller the ability to provide private label subsection to reduce teh overhead when we are reselling to smaller carriers - specifically for number search and porting.

A great platform for VOIP with a great API

PROS

I have integrated many different VOIP providers for voice termination and origination, as well as SMS options but Telnyx is by far my favorite. Highly competitive rate decks for low and mid tier volumes which is great for small and medium enterprises, and even better high volume pricing. A well documented API with loads of examples made SMS and certain voice feature integrations a breeze. 24/7 Support

CONS

My only complaint is that certain features pertaining to failover to PSTN for DIDs as well as SMS integration have recurring monthly charges on top of pay per use

Telnyx is a game changer

Overall, the experience has been very positive and really allowed us to more easily grow both our initial PBX/phone system sales as well as our monthly recurring revenues. We've been a partner of Telnyx for quite a few months now, but I think we are only getting started in how we will be leveraging the Telnyx offering to further grow our business here at LANPRO.

PROS

We become our client's carrier, controlling the setup process from start to finish, the provisioning of DID's and voice services, down to the monthly billing. Further, the stability and reliability of the Telnyx platform, in my opinion, is unmatched in the industry. As the title of this review states, Telnyx is a real game changer for us VOIP and PBX vendors!

CONS

I honestly cannot think of any con's at this time. You've even taken the pain out of the porting process which has always been a pain-point for us here at LANPRO.

Unbelievable Support and Platform!

Telnyx allowed us to expand our business and provide best in class services to our end customers with ease. We consolidated our portfolio of partners with Telnyx simplifying our engineering, customer success, and accounting processes with one swell swoop.

PROS

Telnyx is the easiest partner to work with! The platform as a whole is fantastic which also includes their backend team. Start a chat if you have an issue (which is very rare) and they are there to assist. We basically call our partnership "set it and forget it" with Telnyx. Their API engine and access to superb as well!

CONS

There's not a lot to say here if anything at all. We haven't run into an issue that has displeased us.

Telnyx Affordable with a Great Support Team

Overall I'm very happy with Telnyx. Their knowledge of porting and phone routing is great. I couldn't ask for a better group to work with. Over all the reliability is good almost great.

PROS

I like the broad range of features. The support team always helps very promptly. Their prices are as good as it gets for SIP services.

CONS

Accounts from time to time will become unregistered. When this happens the tech support doesn't seem to understand what would cause the issue. It doesn't happy a lot but when it does its 5-10 mins at a time. And not all connections go down just some and all my things go to the same site so i don't think its on my end.

Great service

PROS

Features and functionality along with a very responsive support staff make Telnyx whole.

Although the support is pretty responsive through their web messaging it would be nice to also provide support over the phone as well.

Simply amazing

Outstanding.

There is a small learning curve because the platform is so flexible, but the support team is amazing and will help with any questions.

Good SIP Trunk Service

PROS

Easy to use interface, quick and helpful support staff, so far the services provided have been solid.

CONS

The interface changes pretty frequently, however it is slight enough that I am still familiar with the interface and can proceed with day-to-day tasks without issue. This is not necessarily a bad thing as change is good; if this is the worst thing that I encounter with Telnyx then we will be doing just fine.

Quality at resonable price

PROS

Interface is friendly, allows customisation but very easy to understand. Tech support also knowledgeable and friendly.

CONS

outbound profiles need to have CONNECTIONS added which are not always intuitive. Also, when adding a connection, must refresh, login and logout for the changes to apply.

Numbers and Forwarding

PROS

Telnyx is the easiest way I have found to spin up and forward numbers for offices.

CONS

My use case limits my exposure to the rest of the features and functions -- that is the biggest con. We use Dialpad as our softphone application -- I wish we could have Dialpad push our traffic through Telnyx.

Fantastic service

PROS

That it is self serve. I can purchase and configure everything I need myself in minutes. The online support chat is outstanding too. I can get my questions answered immediately and also technical support right away on demand.

CONS

Would like some description fields for my config entries.
