It is easy to use, the staff is friendly, there are plenty of training resources my team can use if they get stuck. The difference is night and day, considering we came from a world of messy excel sheets and stacks of paper documentation. We could not have achieved our ISO certification without it.

The software isn't the fastest out there, sometimes it takes a few moments on rural sites. They mentioned that they are working to help with this, and I wouldn't trade the speed for the utility the system provides anyway.

The ease-of-use and templates straight out of the box. The customer support from [sensitive content hidden] and the team are phenomenal. I don't think i've interacted with a company that provides online services at all where they have reached out to make sure everything is going well and to prompt whether we needed any assistance. It was refreshing! It's a super easy to use platform, we got going in minutes.

Some of the word docs (like all word doccs) can have clunky table formatting but that's a document for you!

The set up of the QA, Environmental & Safety is presented well and easy to show to clients. Everything is quick and easy to use - even to populate. The safety aspect of the tool is great (risk register). The presentation of everything is great and it helps my client know I've spent my time writing up everything

For our business the HSEQ Dashboard and Policies Manager are the 2 main tools that we use, from a compliance perspective. Also the business planning tools, as our clients in Aged Care and NDIS require business plans for applications and ongoing accreditation. We also use the business planning tools for clients who are applying for grants and tenders. The knowledge bank in MAUS is second to none - although sometimes when time is short is easier to just pick up the phone and speak with the support team.

The content is in my opinion a little one dimensional in terms of sector focus. For example the ISO manuals would benefit from having a service focused version.

We are a relatively new business which was in need of a Quality Assurance system rated to ISO9001. The MAUS Quality Assurance software has filled that gap for us by helping us step through all the requirements needed for a sound manual

To be able to have a base to start from when writing a Quality Assurance Manual has saved us an immeasurable amount of time and effort. The software is intuitive and steps you through the process of creating your own manual with pre-defined templates. You are operating with templates that are compliant with the latest laws and standards.

As with any new software, getting used to the screen layouts, otherwise I was really happy with the product overall.

I love that I can easily upload all staff required documents and and if needed they are easily accessible. Also like, that we can send policies out to staff to read and then be able to see this has been done and who we need to follow up. I also love the fantastic customer service that I have received each time I have needed it...nothing is ever a problem. A big thank you to them all.

Accessing the policies has had a few problems but hopefully this will be rectified soon.

Very positive; a great way to manage and share company documents and manage updated to the policy manuals.

Reasonably easy to understand and navigate around. Fixable. Beneficial functions like ‘Employee Compliance’. Like the display window on the Company Documents screen down a copy of the file attached.

Can’t exit a Policy page without saving. Time-out function doesn’t seem to always recognise that you are doing work. Folder hierarchy in Documentation Manger work well but seems to re-sequence (can be corrected with Sort By function, so it okay). On line Training Videos are a little basic.

Simple data storage, but not an effective reporting tool.

Ease of use and the price was right for a basic software package.

May be a bit basic moving forward, we need more statistical information for reporting etc.

It has helped us to our first ISO audit and this was successful as we are now ISO 9001 compliant

The way it is set out and all the templates are a big help.

There are certainly a fair few typo's and one or 2 gliches in the system.

The software is easy to use and the webinar's are especially helpful. Small numbers give you lots of time to ask questions etc. and very personalised.

Definitely easy to use this software as I am starting from scratch with some knowledge of the system but this is far better than having to rewrite our out of date system

So far haven't found any negatives about using the system

This has got to be one easiest OHS tools on the Market Very simple to use yet very capable for the small to medium size business .

Without MAUS we would have taken months more in completing our documentation and getting ISO 9001 certification. Highly recommended for all sizes of organisations.
