  • Pros

  • Customer support is always very friendly and attentive to any concerns we present. Technical support is always very helpful and quick to resolve any outstanding issues.
  • Affordable, protects your investment through and through. Allows you to save and protect your assets allowing you to upscale by virtue of the savings gained from preventive work done on the vehicles.
  • Cons

  • We have too many hands in the software and that can be problematic. Organizations should limit who can do what in the software.
  • The navigation of the system can be difficult as there are too many options to use to find what is needed, which can be confusing to new users - keep navigation simple.

  • This application is very much user friendly, really easy to use and It is able to access anywhere though Internet.
  • Ease of use, accessibility from anywhere with an internet connection.
  • Cons

  • If there is downtime with the internet, then there is no way to connect and you're left stranded for a bit. It also takes a really long time to move inventory to different or a new area.
  • The functionality of some pages does not behave as expected; some of the search boxes will search the entire field while other search boxes need to be entered exactly or no results will be displayed.
