Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • IFS is windows based and the only software (as far as I know) that contains finance and HR module inside. Very easy to check your data, easy to learn and easy to book items (invoices, statements).
  • Superbly elaborate and granular. It will eventually do everything we need to achieve and more and all within one solution.
  • Cons

  • Customer Portal lack a significant amount of functionality needed.
  • It becomes very rigid in terms of customization and repetitive actions are required to keep the process in check.

  • Customer support is always very friendly and attentive to any concerns we present. Technical support is always very helpful and quick to resolve any outstanding issues.
  • Affordable, protects your investment through and through. Allows you to save and protect your assets allowing you to upscale by virtue of the savings gained from preventive work done on the vehicles.
  • Cons

  • We have too many hands in the software and that can be problematic. Organizations should limit who can do what in the software.
  • The navigation of the system can be difficult as there are too many options to use to find what is needed, which can be confusing to new users - keep navigation simple.
