  • Pros

  • They have provided significant hands-on support and technical guidance through our first six months using the software.
  • Other then this i would also like to mention that this software is very easy and user friendly in all context also there customer services is very cooperative and takes prompt actions.
  • Cons

  • Meaning, if you make a mistake entering an item or constructing a cal procedure and/or worksheet, there is no going back, which numerically speaking is a bit of a nightmare.
  • This is likely due to our lack of experience with database software solutions, but it has caused the most frustration during the onboarding process.

  • Very pleased with the ease of use, such as pull down tabs/menus, etc. The ability to review individual sites, by requester, craft, etc. and having it all at your fingertips.
  • We like the idea that if possible, we can expand the use of Web Works to include inventory, cost, etc. and hope that we will be able to take advantage of this in the near future, budget permitting.
  • Cons

  • Poor customer tech support service where you could spend days trying to figure out a bug. They do not look at customer environment and leaves it up to the customer to figure out.
