  • Pros

  • I like the graphic interface which follows my location using my phone's GPS.
  • Although we have been using the nrby app for a short time, I can already see tremendous benefits as it relates to managing my manpower, budget, projects and technicians safety to name a few.
  • Cons

  • The lack of ad hoc analysis. There is an option, but not down to the detail I look for at times.
  • Early on, the graphic interface was a bit confusing for some users.

  • Very pleased with the ease of use, such as pull down tabs/menus, etc. The ability to review individual sites, by requester, craft, etc. and having it all at your fingertips.
  • We are very pleased with our work order system. The schools find it very user friendly.
  • Cons

  • Poor customer tech support service where you could spend days trying to figure out a bug. They do not look at customer environment and leaves it up to the customer to figure out.
