- AEM makes it easy if you want to migrate from other platforms. Its cross channel content customization options are awesome and takes care the digital experience for all type of users is best.
- The ability to rapidly create and maintain pages and the integration with Target makes for a great testing platform.
Cons
- Difficult at the beginning if you have no knowledge, you'll often have to figure out on your own and spend hours learning something. And also it can be a bit pricey for some small companies.
- The latest version cloud version also seems a little unstable. Seems to have connectivity issues from time to time.
Pros
- The continous improvement of access. When we think something is to hard to get to, the AH staff figures out a new easy button to help the software be more user friendly.
- All features are very noble. It has easy tools to make document controls.
Cons
- Some of the features that we would like to see are available but for an extra fee. With our limited budget that sometimes makes it difficult.
- Making mails groups to send insted of entry one by one each mail. Mark authomatically as obsolete, versions of one document.
