Pros
- I love that I can store and organize files from all of Google's suite of services. I love that it backs up to my physical computer.
- The personal data and all the files are safe now because google drive is the best platform. I am very happy to have it.
Cons
- Also, sometimes when I uploaded files from my phone it took forever to upload and it stopped, giving me errors. This was a while ago, but it happened for almost 3 months and it was quite annoying.
- It can sometimes be a little confusing to organize and the kids I work with have trouble loading documents to it from chrome-books.
Pros
- They have promptly addressed any issues we’ve encountered and provided guidance on best practices, ensuring that we get the most out of the system.
- While it is not the cheapest on the market, the functionality available is very competitive for the price point, and even ahead of some providers who charge more.
Cons
- 4 years later, I am disappointed to say that they fell way short of that sold vision and roadmap, with development dates continually extended until they then finally removed deployment/live dates.
- They time and time again set themselves up to fail, this is not just seen at account manager level, it has been witnessed by us at Director level - it starts at the top.
