  • Pros

  • I guess what I like best is that you can make it work the way you want. The mechanics like that it is so easy to use as well, work orders are easy to assign and complete.
  • I like the user interface as it is very easy to understand. I love the support and guides as they make learning/troubleshooting easy.
  • Cons

  • It seems when you run into an issue or a needed enhancement, the Maintenance Connection Team listens and fixes the problem.
  • I dislike the inability to open more than one work order at a time.

  • This is a well-developed and nicely designed software. It has a simple and clean interface and makes document and policy organization flow seamlessly.
  • NAVEXGlobal's document management solution, PolicyTech, is a wonderful system for any organization that is looking to implement controls over their documents without spending a fortune.
  • Cons

  • While the material was industry average, the customer service is the worst we've ever experienced. Consistent across my whole team and on nearly every call made and email sent.
  • Very limited in what you are able to do with it. Licensing is expensive and not flexible with who can use what, when.
