The software is user friendly, the developers have the knowledge and willingness to go the extra mile to complete a new task with very quick turn around.

From onboarding providers, Credentialing, document storage, customer service, I am impressed. All around an impressive Credentialing tool.

We also caught an OIG exclusion with a week of its posting.

VERY difficult to cancel this service. Still getting invoices despite notification of canceling months ago.

The inability to limit types of CME used for our group.

Intuitive and customer service is responsive to our request to customize for our program.

They have been great to work, they are very knowledgeable about their product and always helpful.

They are friendly and helpful and more importantly, knowledgeable about their software.

We as a group feel Modio is a great software and are extremely happy.

The features of this software such as the expirable tracking, mapped forms, maintaining CMEs and application tracking allow us to work quicker and smarter.

I can't think of anything that I don't like about the software.

The ease of providers entering their information directly to the site helps eliminate the chance of human error. Overall this software has been an asset for our company.

In our home state, refills are invalid if the prescribers' license is inactive, so those dispenses would have been both illegal and subject to payer refunds.

It was affordable, thorough and organized. The training, follow-up and support throughout the process was fantastic.

Very easy to use with tons of functionality. Allows great organization of records and alerts for upcoming deadlines.

I would use this space to complain about functionality I want...but they have taken our feedback and implemented many of our requests.

It is easy to use, even for our more technically challenged users. It's interface is simple and clean, while not losing any functionality.

How documents are returned and viewable also makes for more efficient claims evaluation. ViewCenter is easy to navigate and use, making it a beneficial and effective tool for the end user.

Installation too complicated. Anti virus software constantly barks at it.

I like the iCapture app that allows upload of already created PDF documents. This allows for remote use instead of the old dedicated scanner for uploading documents.

It's been a bit tricky to set up bulk imports, but it should work out.

ViewCenter is a very good document management software that is very easy to integrate into existing systems. The iCapture app makes it easy to upload existing PDF files.

I like the fact that the repair records history goes back over ten years.

Easy to use and very efficient-easy to pull the data that you are looking for.

I don't like that the service goes down occasionally.

This software has been easy to set up and maintain, and the customer support to resolve our problems that have occurred has been great.

ViewCenter is currently integrated with our line of business Claims System and provides the ICA with robust document management capabilities while being easy to use and administer.

ICM Document Solutions, the ViewCenter creator, can also establish methods to import data into ViewCenter to minimize record indexing effort and cost.

The whole storage situation is  Ideal. Putting stuff on the scanner is very easy.

I love using ViewCenter for our business needs and look forward to learning more about the system in the future.

I did not participate in the integration of this software so I'm not sure how else we could potentially use it.

What I like most about this software is the ability to scan and index information for ease of use for others.
