That it is really user friendly; never heard of Ravetree until I began working at The Bookkeeper. Wonderful tool to track and prioritize tasks.

The interface is very rich and intuitive, offers a clear and precise overview of the different results obtained. A free trial version is also available to enhance the user experience.

Ravetree feels like the perfect blend of being universal enough for the masses and customized for the individual peculiarities of a mid-market full-service advertising agency of 35 people (i.e. us).

At the time of this review, there was no public API, which for us is a deal-breaker.

Responsiveness of support team & customization. I love logging time to my timesheet directly from the kanban board.

In addition, Customer rep has consistently delivered the human element of a technology/subscription delivery and made it feel like we were a priority at each at every turn.

What Ravetree has going for it is management of the project along with progress against budget.

The lack of stability and the appalling support.

Ease of use and ability to ramp other team members easily.

User friendliness and ability to pinpoint projects easily and time associated with each. I also like being able to transition ownership based on the stage of the project.

It also has a pretty intuitive user experience. The kanban board is a useful feature and I like being able to see how many billable and non-billable hours I'm logging each day.

My overall experience with Ravetree is that What I could say is that the software is highly recommended, it has so many useful features for businesses.

Sometimes, getting alerts can be difficult. If you miss an email, you may miss an update or a tag in Ravetree.

It's a mystery why that aspect of PM is so neglected by many other apps.

The comment section of RT is where I spend most of my time. I love the ability to comment and tag people directly in a conversation.

I have trouble finding tasks that I have marked complete. If i don't know the specific name it's hard to find them.

The ability to upload file versions within the same upload and select which version you'd like to view. This keeps project files/uploads organized and helps us to easier find and look at versions.

The mobile application isn't as reactive as the web version. The  users management in the different groups  are difficult to take in charge.

We are very happy with the progress of our projects, and are more productive since the installation of talkspirit by our teams.

Talkspirit is extremely easy to use, you get an email when anyone from the community is asking for feedback and you can read and provide answer in a minute.

We use to have some problems to communicate inside our association and some of our members weren't aware of the newest projects.

New features are often useless, and may slow down the software. For the way we use this software, that's all.

Not obvious to determine 'online contact' there is no feature to see only connected people on the application.

Video and tchat integration. Customer support is reactive and express with courtesy.

We particularly like the conf'call that allow us to work despite the distance of our members and collaborators. We also like polls in positions to brainstorm or quickly agree on one point or another.

Easy of use, really intuitive, bug free most of the time and really cool with personnalization.

We can create groups to help each other to solve issues and bugs. Ask for documentation easyly.

Notifications also helps to get information faster. Surveys are pretty usefull to facilitate organisation for after works, events, etc.

It can be difficult to get specific customization but there is always a way to get the job done.

The graphic interface is very good and user friendly, you can find easily what you want to look for (e.g mobility document).

A very good productivity and collaborative tool.

A few editing features are weirdly presented in the UI, so I had to learn how to use it.

It allowed me to sensitize my client to the interest of the platform while they were in total rejection following a bad experience on Slack.

Talkspirit allows users to create groups for specific projects, and groups can be either public or private. Users can upload files including PDFs, spreadsheets, video and audio files.
