It is great for getting business buy in for a new process change or wanting to buy a new piece of equipment and seeing the long term benefits.

Nothing of note, although slightly frustrating that scroll zooms and ctrl scroll moves the window as opposed to other software where it's the other way round.

I recommend Simul8 simulation software because of its' ease of use especially for those who only use simulation occasionally.

With about 1 month of using this tool, it seems that its one of the easy ones that has good graphics. The customer support is very helpful.

A good experience overall but the support team are essential to enable one to get the most out of the product.

You can build simple models with the standard features quite rapidly which is great for beginners but the additional features like Optquest and Visual Logic expand its possibilities much further.

And this is vital when you are using software like this. Simul8 is a company that makes each user valued and for this reason is always ready to help you with any questions you might have.

New systems - first provide objective analysis that the new system design will actually obtain desired results - then fine tune proposed new design to facilitate rapid ramp up.

It continues to evolve with new features. However, the ease fo use and intuitive interface make it straightforward to build models quickly, from simple to complex.

SIMUL8 customer support and training staff are outstanding. This support is what sets SIMUL8 apart and allows basic users to create models to support business decisions.

Great tool and very powerful. Like everything there is a learning curve, but you can get good results very quickly and as your learning progresses, you can build even more insightful models.

The VL interface is also quite frustrating as compared to normal programming languages. Finding commands is difficult, and the use of the interface is not intuitive.

The student edition is a bit slow and sometimes is stop working.

We began using SpiraTeam about 6 months ago and and have been very happy with the tool. Overall, the tool is very easy to use and easy to learn.

It is great for agile approach to software development. It provides great integration from Requirement to Development to Testing to Completed.

We used the email notifications feature as well. We also synchronized with Jira but abandoned this.

I am very happy using this tool and pleased with the customer service quick responses. However, here are some of the improvements and enhancement suggestions.

We've been using the product for a couple of years and it has been great so far. Support has been very responsive and helpful whenever we needed them.

The support provided by Inflectra is head and shoulders above the competition, showing the big boys how it should be done.

Some names of fields seem contrived and not everything is in the expected place. But these will be transient problems.

Test cases often get put in the wrong place and have to spend some time moving them around. My last annoyance is how test cases are copied and pasted.
