For us, it's perfect to run an ambassador program at Cridio and it does exactly what we want out of the box. With excellent UI/UX and customer service.

There isn't too much I don't like about Mobilize.

Great to use and easy to create a wonderful space.

It's a big improvement on older, clunkier mobilizing tools like Action Network; doing things like creating events is much quicker and efficient. And it just looks more modern and professional.

Some things that bug me about the software are the mostly small things that can probably be fixed in an update, but to me are annoying. In the chat session hitting enter will not send the chat.

It’s always nice to have a second set of eyes to check your work when you’re setting up any new program, and even better when they take the time to hold your hand and walk you through it.

We wanted a space where our members can find each other in an easy and flowing manner. Mobilize has given us the most amazing customer support and help to try and get to that goal.

When we first moved to it, the features were a little more limited.

Not mission critical, but an annoyance for me. When uploading an avatar img there is not a way to move the picture around and center the face.

A Great platform for building a community, engage and scale up. It helped my community grow from a few dozen of members to thousands.

It is so good to have such a free web /app for our association (New Zealand Chinese Scientists Association). We are a none profit organisation.

Mobilize is a much-improved platform for political engagement and campaigning. It's streamlined and user friendly, making it easy for more members of your movement to engage.

More engaging alternative to Slack. The platform is very user friendly, has an intuitive layout, and overall is a great platform for engaging a community virtually.

Since then, the customer support has been the absolute best I've ever experienced from a very wide variety of software companies.

The UX is very appealing. It is like having a private social media platform without the googlesque experience.

I like the layout of the forum with different channels and it's very mobile friendly. Reminds me of using Slack but with a better structure to the conversations and posts.

Easy to access and the ability to incorporate more than one communities together.

I use Mobilize in a community organizing group to create events and engage members. It allows me to keep track of who is engaging and easily communicate with them and track numbers after the fact.

Also useful in finding out the experts in certain areas and questions in that area. The team is eager to improve the tool by adding new features.

Gamification/recognition was good motivation for team members to engage with the platform. Pricing was straightforward and our tier fits our company well.

If something goes wrong, it takes a while to figure out the problem. There have been times that other IPs have scraped our site and made it unusable.

It allows a lot of possibilities, the support team is easy to reach and helpful, The principle of the Accepted Answer is very useful.

Some minor problems with search (queries don't always return what I'm looking for and I'm using exact words from the question).

Issues can be closed and locked for comment by moderators. This is extremely frustrating to users when its clear the moderator does not understand the problem or simply makes a mistake.

I appreciate the extensibility of AH, and am glad to see improvements come to the product over time.

Its difficult to navigate. Also issue can be locked or closed by the moderator which is really frustrating.

It offers a strong set of capabilities at a reasonable price, and the company is good about responding to and addressing issues and questions with the product itself.

Hosted and self-hosted options are priced competitively, and customer support is extremely responsive.

But this was quickly resolved when I brought it up. I think what makes this product great is the customer support.

Missing in-app notifications; there is only email notifications. Weak for knowledge base use (could use more tree-structure navigation and more wiki-style).

They are knowledgeable, friendly, professional and simply excellent.

Looking to the future, I hope they can modernize some aspects of the platform, including analytics, moderation workflows, the templating language, and API.

From users point of view, experience is great and solution is easy to use.

I dislike the actual format that the software is put in. It feels a bit off to me and I think a redesign is needed.

Slack integration is poor, can just inform that a question was asked, and don't get additional notifications or interactions as more things happen.

However, the very best part of AnswerHub is their amazing Customer Service. Everyone we have dealt with has been professional, intelligent, patient and a joy to work with.

It is one of the excellent support with very responsive application. Also its a powerful tool for building knowledge based questions/answers.

AnswerHub has very robust user and content management features out of the box (e.g. privileges, tagging, following questions, etc). The application can be easily extended through their API.

The folks at DZone are wonderfully responsive both electronically and in person.
