We have been using Safetysync for over a year now and it is a great piece of software. It helps us track all of our employees training in one environment and alerts us when training is required.

Excellent training tool, ease of use and cost effective. Many courses to choose from pertaining to our Oil and Gas industry.

We generally have to deliver the course to remote locations with obstacles such as: low literacy and limited internet and computer access.

I suspect this issue will fade as the next generation will identify more with systems and computer-based interfaces.

It has to be printed and scanned elsewhere, then dragged and dropped into their file.

The software has proven to be extremely helpful in managing our health and safety program. We have taken advantage of making our own training videos for more effective training.

We also track 25 sites to ensure inspections and health and safety meetings take place at proper intervals. Overall we are very satisfied with the software and would recommend it to others.

The most useful feature is the version tracker. It automatically creates beautiful red-lines and can can compare between any version as necessary.

Workiva allows you to link artifacts(attachments), but it often opens up on another tab instead of within your own tab. This makes it difficult to open several tabs.

Another issue is the lack of a drag-and-drop feature.

Workiva has been outstanding for issuing our 10Qs and 10Ks and the customer support is terrific.

In addition, we have had quality customer support.

We are always open to looking at other solutions for our reporting needs, especially to keep costs down, but so far this is the one that continues to impress us the most.

There is no workflow that enables a control/narrative to flow through for updating and review that is not manual.

The Workiva product development team is interested in and responsive to customer feedback, which continues to make their applications better and better.

This software is terribly painful to use as it is not intuitive. Testing of controls is extremely cumbersome as WDesk and Microsoft Office programs are not compatible.

I don't like how it doesn't get rid of the footing issue that often occurs when putting together financial statements.

It is an excellent experience and much better than the tool we were using before. It also makes the reviewer of the work easy to use too.

I like the interface of the product because it’s quite unique and it helps me to build task list and also too much my data into various sections according to my need.
