I recommend getting this software. I have worked with a few other competitors, and B2W definitely is the best I have used.

It is a powerful tool when setting up consistent, precise bids. Every year we get better at using it and the updates always seem to make the product better and more user friendly.

It also helps create historical cost for ease of reference for future projects.

The customization options for B2W is awesome. We have made templates for certain tasks and loved that we could reuse them for other tasks.

Realizing that the problems and flaws in our system were only going to get worse, we began to investigate potential software solutions.

Not enough training is provided with the product and the charges incurred for additional training and setup is painful.

THe product is very good and relevant, it provides the opportunity for software developers, resellers, trainers and users. It creates 4-win situation.

The products are really easy to use, and everyone from sales to support staff are great to work with. I recommend you get to know the people you are going to be working with, they're great.

B2W is great, and has saved us time and allowed us to bid more projects, thus making more money each year.

We are creating a seem less database for any estimator to use. The ease of learning this program from scratch is a lot easier now than when I started 15 years ago.

This program is excellent for bidding unit price projects. We have been very pleased with the produc.

As someone else stated, they just changed the emailing feature and you can no lnger copy other which needs to be fixed.

The software does what was promised it would do and integrates well with accounting programs. Ease of use is also a big factor.

It's ease of use and repeatability that expedites the bidding process.

The system requires annual maintenance fees that are somewhat costly. I am utilizing the system to the maximum amount of users (paid for) and would have pay more if I were to add more users.

Security - we have the ability to allow user different levels of access. Also, integrates well with our accounting system.

I like the abilities it has for importing and exporting. The ease that it allows for importing into P6 is really nice.

The user interface is very user-friendly and when we have needed help, the customer support was easy to contact and was very helpful.

There are some aspects of the program that has limited functionality.

So far our offsite connections have been slow. I think that is more a problem on our end though.

The customer service for this software is second to none. And in comparison to other softwares, this is super friendly.

I't fairly easy to learn and integrate. It's visual and it's fairly robust.

I found a program at a price that was better than the others. It seems much more do-able for me.

What I like about OST is it’s easy to use you can get the hang of the Badi oh very quickly and it helps you count items onscreen from a pdf plan or TIFF file. Measures distances, counts and areas.

Product is a bit on the pricey side - but is definitely very effective and I would recommend to anyone doing digital take offs.

Very easy to use and like being able to down load the contact information. Also its nice to be able to see every important information about the company.

I been using it for ten years OST Takeoff and Quick bid it seems to work fine but i just  require substantial time to synchronize both products.

Excellent tool for accurate compilation of quantities from pdf's. I highly recommend this to high volume estimators such as myself.

The software has no ability to copy and paste into a document. No real other complaints.

The software is at least a decade out of date when compared to any other industry standard take-off software. Its clunky, non-intuitive, terrible UI and converts any drawings to.

Easy to do simple measurements and counts. The various levels and labels are nice, also being able to change colors makes it easy to differentiate between items.

Everything from the time of sales, to the implantation of the software, to the daily use and continuing customer support. Very friendly staff and extremely knowledgeable.

I liked the ability to organize and derive quantities in different ways. One line item can yield several quantities in different units of measurement.

In QuickBid they easily become buried in the bid and get missed. Adding drawing numbers and names function in OnScreen Takeoff does not work well.

Easy to use and nice display screen. Easy to measure things on the drawings.

I loved it for being fast but to many  options can slow me down a bit.

Inability to interact with drawings and a terrible UI.

If you also pay for QuickBids, it integrates well with that. The tech help service is outstanding.

The flexability of being able to copy pages and do different things that helps me be able to look at different pricing.

My take-offs are clean and easy to understand. My production has more than doubled and the results are better.

But their policy was not to refund although they made a promise that was false showing they value money over principles. Very misleading and I am sickened by the way they do business.

Inability to label linear conditions. Inability to increase the size of the font on condition labels.

The only thing I get frustrated with is the lag with some of the functions.

I have tried other Takeoff software, but this is the best for me. I like this product because it is user friendly and has several built in tools that others may not have.

OST is a very easy to use tool to do take offs with and what we like most about it is. Fast Counts for areas, Linear feet, And counts.

There are a lot of functions in this program and it can be extremely confusing if you do not take the time to learn it properly.

I enjoy the quick and professional technical support. They are always responsive, pleasant and helpful.

Overall, great experience. Saves a lot of time when preparing for estimates/bids.
