I own a small Construction firm. And numbers and data are critical. And up until finding realtracker there hasn't been an affordable option to capture this information in one place. I have been using tree online tools and note books to capture amd track information on a daily bases. I HIGHLY recommend this tool to any business of any size. The Construction industry has very unique quirks about it. But I can say Realtraker is a priceless asset.

Haven't come across a negative to date. There isnt anything I don't like about the system.

In future team realtraker should focus on adding location tracking modules

This software is helping to track the tasks . Staff can easily move on to next task as all the tasks assigned to them will be visible . Very nicely designed for construction related works , architect offices , engineer office and PMC . I feel this will be a very PMC software

Its not that interactive, may be better way of training the new users is needed till they gets hands on it.

The Ease of use, easy to use UI, amazingly low TAT by the RealTraker development team to add new features, superb customer support. Probably the best customer support i have experienced.

Software can evolve more by adding more industry specific modules to offer industry wise solutions.
