I't fairly easy to learn and integrate. It's visual and it's fairly robust.

Compatibility, ease of use, great tools for detailed takeoffs.

I found a program at a price that was better than the others. It seems much more do-able for me.

What I like about OST is it’s easy to use you can get the hang of the Badi oh very quickly and it helps you count items onscreen from a pdf plan or TIFF file. Measures distances, counts and areas.

Product is a bit on the pricey side - but is definitely very effective and I would recommend to anyone doing digital take offs.

Very easy to use and like being able to down load the contact information. Also its nice to be able to see every important information about the company.

I been using it for ten years OST Takeoff and Quick bid it seems to work fine but i just  require substantial time to synchronize both products.

Excellent tool for accurate compilation of quantities from pdf's. I highly recommend this to high volume estimators such as myself.

The software has no ability to copy and paste into a document. No real other complaints.

The software is at least a decade out of date when compared to any other industry standard take-off software. Its clunky, non-intuitive, terrible UI and converts any drawings to.

The software is easy to use and learn and offers almost all the functions I need to complete a takeoff. The time and money saved by using this program can be clearly seen and makes my job fun.

Easy to do simple measurements and counts. The various levels and labels are nice, also being able to change colors makes it easy to differentiate between items.

Everything from the time of sales, to the implantation of the software, to the daily use and continuing customer support. Very friendly staff and extremely knowledgeable.

I liked the ability to organize and derive quantities in different ways. One line item can yield several quantities in different units of measurement.

In QuickBid they easily become buried in the bid and get missed. Adding drawing numbers and names function in OnScreen Takeoff does not work well.

Easy to use and nice display screen. Easy to measure things on the drawings.

I loved it for being fast but to many  options can slow me down a bit.

Inability to interact with drawings and a terrible UI.

If you also pay for QuickBids, it integrates well with that. The tech help service is outstanding.

The flexability of being able to copy pages and do different things that helps me be able to look at different pricing.

My take-offs are clean and easy to understand. My production has more than doubled and the results are better.

But their policy was not to refund although they made a promise that was false showing they value money over principles. Very misleading and I am sickened by the way they do business.

Inability to label linear conditions. Inability to increase the size of the font on condition labels.

The only thing I get frustrated with is the lag with some of the functions.

I have tried other Takeoff software, but this is the best for me. I like this product because it is user friendly and has several built in tools that others may not have.

OST is a very easy to use tool to do take offs with and what we like most about it is. Fast Counts for areas, Linear feet, And counts.

There are a lot of functions in this program and it can be extremely confusing if you do not take the time to learn it properly.

I enjoy the quick and professional technical support. They are always responsive, pleasant and helpful.

Overall, great experience. Saves a lot of time when preparing for estimates/bids.

The Customer Tech help is absolutely outstanding. I am so pleased with every interaction I have had with your company.

Cons: reporting is very basic (not ideal for job costing), limited user roles (all or nothing), no export to PDF feature, and you can only view entries 1 week at a time.

Not being able to change the overall status for an employee is frustrating (when it shows multiple statuses) because I need to change the odd one.

Overall my experience with Rhumbix has been good way better than our previous time keeping software About Time.

I love how easy it is to input weekly time sheets over multiple cost codes without much thinking at all. After a couple of weeks it was second nature.

Should be spelled DELANEY. Date defaulting to an older date is the only other complaint i have.

Rhumbix is a flexible software that allows a contracting business to share and file documentation in an easy to use application for efficient and effective communication and management.

I know bugs are constantly being worked out but coming across those bugs is the downside.

I really like the ease of entering projects, the ability to customize, sync between the accounting software, and the fact it is accessible anywhere at anytime.

The customer support is amazing. They have taken my ideas, implemented them for use and simplified my life.

Easy to navigate and in case you have any questions help desk are extremely helpful.

Navigation can sometimes be a little difficult until you become familiar I found making notes for payroll such as sick employees and absenteeism a bit awkward.

When that happens, I have to delete and re-install the app again to get it to work. In our fast-paced industry, this can be a real pain.

Having to get job numbers and cost code added by an external person is a pain.

If you do not have a sync feature it is still very easy to setup/manage projects in Rhumbix.

Some areas are a little confusing and may be too complex for our older employees. Every once in a while, there's a glitch with something.

Rhumbix has been a great support and a great partner in getting this setup quick and was a true player in getting users trained quickly as well.

The light grey background with the dark grey font is very difficult to read.

Some of the updates really have trouble with the IPads. At times can be very flusterating.

Having the master for me its extremely easy to use, I just log on and I have control over my Foreman, can easily see overall week view, and daily.
