I find the Customer Service to be Excellent. Its been an all around great experience and I would Recommend Quickbooks to anyone.

I like the fact that it integrates with a bunch of other things and makes it super useful for invoicing.

It had great tech support, excellent documentation, and superb online help. A great product for a very wide range of businesses.

QuickBooks by Intuit is a great accounting solution for small businesses as it is easy to use and has great support.

The update method and stability of the software is just poor. The file has to be repaired sometimes because it gets corrupted.

It can be a pain when you make a mistake and try to fix it. For some things, there are too many steps to fix the mistake.

Inventory  wtih the option to add photos and ability to connect my bank account are the best parts so far. Integration with a powerful CRM  (Method) that does not cost  a fortune.

This is absolutely ridiculous and appears to be by design. Shame on Intuit for this scheme to rip off its customers.

The ease and user-friendliness of it. It’s definitely a great software to use for reconciling important information.

What I like the most about this super cool software is how easy it is to use compared to other softwares out there.

I am currently shopping for a different software and will be moving all my clients to that. I am extremely disappointed in the approach that was taken to hurt small businesses.

Sometimes the software will freeze up and I'll have to restart it to get it to work again. That is kinda annoying to have to do that.

I love the functionality of it and how user friendly it is. My favorite is integrating the bank and CC for easy reconciliation.

I don’t think there are any missing features or anything that I dislike  about this software.

Good reporting capabilities, ability to customize invoices and other functions is also great. Would recommend online over desktop version.

Seamless integration is a benefit. We have been using it for years and I like the continuous improvements that are made to the platform.

I like the ease of use of Quickbooks. The system is easy to navigate and they have helpful tooltips in case you have a question.

The price is very affordable. Good accounting reports and provides great flexibility with third party applications.

If you switch from the online version to the desktop version, it can be difficult. Also, the data is not automatically backed up so you have a risk of losing your data.

This is the best software for all size organizations. I love that it integrates with my bank account and gives me clear reports with visuals.

The best part about QuickBooks was that it was online and we had the ability to work even though we were not on the office premises and it allowed us to work efficiently and effectively.

Help section is great and very informative. We use the reports feature a lot, and it is awesome to have so many reports to choose from to analyze how our business is doing financially.

Most I love about this software is that it is relieable pretty much good to be recommended for anyone.

I love how easy it is to keep track of our spending and how we are growing. I love how we can send invoices and how accessible their customer service is if you need help.

I really liked how this app is really great for small businesses with employees on-site. Once you learn the software you should be confident that Quickbooks is the best out there in the market.

I love that you can manage your personal and buianess finnances with ease and you have help through out the entire process.

The software is inexpensive. The features they proclaim to have are great, but many of them do not work as advertised if at all.

While we have only used this product a couple of years we have worked with this team for years and they are great.

I like all features to this software and im still learning on it as well. I like how it combines parts with my parts distributor.

USING THIS PROGRAM HAS BEEN THE MOST FRUSTRATING PART OF RUNNING THE COMPANY.

I run a team of about 7 techs as of now and we have had used many of other softwares and this is by far the best. Customer service is friendly and helps you with every need.

There are many things about this program that make our daily use difficult. Since our switch, the same serial numbers have gone to multiple customers - which is a huge problem.

They are constantly making updates and changes that makes the problems worse and don’t listen to what the problem actually is.

Now everything is in modules and tiers, which cost more depending on which tier you need. Lost a lot of  features after migrating to Serviceworks.

The tool itself is a good tool and has alot of great feartures.

I dont like,  how you have to click on Prof action every time to see history,  How sometimes things work and others same function is a pain to use (intermittantly).

The most important item was the ability to use GPS to plot the routes for the service techs as well as to see where they were at real time.

The scheduling and ease of information gathering. The way it is setup we can easily navigate and find what our client wanted and we are now able to customise even more their experiences with us.

These are both items that have failed before and I'm sure will fail again. They fail to test updates sufficiently when they are made time and time again.

Pros:  easy to learn,  Easy drag and drop scheduling, customer service is great, the customization is amazing.

Repeat failiures within the software are almost a weekly event. It is to the point where we joke around about betting what is going to fail next.

ITS BEEN A TOUGH LEARNING CURVE, STILL HAVE A WAYS TO GO. THE SCREEN IS SO BUSY, ITS HARD TO FLOW THROUGH THE DATA ENTRY PROCESS.

We like the ease of booking, scheduling and dispatching service calls.

Its user friendly, the fact that its in cloud - we don't have to set up a lot of things to get access to it. Its one of the software that I found so easy to use.

The scheduling is what we use the most and I do like having everything at a glance.

It doesn’t integrate with quick books and no one there known how to make it work its been going on for three years now. I would have changed by now and i still might change for next year.

The ability to break each job down to its component cost and let you know what your true cost and margins are on each job is great.

Customer service is awesome. I love the live chat and whomever I get always helps me out.

The 'Fully customizable' interface was poorly executed, lacked customization, poor support from the tech who was assisting us.

The customer history is also a helpful tool. Onboarding and ability for the Service Works team integrating forms was a great experience.

It is not a very intuitive design therefore it is difficult to figure out all the different features and how to answer questions.

It’s been great to grow with Service Works as they are learning the bin cleaning industry.

I love the support and constantly enhancing the product to help bin cleaners.

Will and the other service people are incredibly helpful and as soon as I send in a request for help I get a response. I do not have to wait days to at least be acknowledged that they heard me.

The initial configuration is rather easy but being in Quebec, Canada has made some issues difficult for us in setting up taxes and linking up quick books.

The program is VERY user friendly. Compared to the previous software,  this program is much easier to navigate.

Their system is very user friendly and I love the customization for their format.

I struggle with technical issues and they take time to explain (in English) what is going on.

It is hard to navigate if you are unfamiliar with computer programming terminology.

The constant crashes on the mobile app. The loss of data, the various bugs and glitches, the lag when uploading things, and the lack of fixing bugs after pointing it out to tech support.

Overall the software is amazing and easy to use after you played around a bit.

You can easily import your clients yourself, has all the necessary functions at no extra cost, and super self explanatory makes it easy to ise.

The only thing I like about this program is the customization that we can do in the configuration.

Getting our techs to use it has also been difficult for that same reason. Because we are a very busy small business we just don't have the time that is needed to sit down and figure it all out.

When there are multiple steps for a given operation, if one step is not done correctly, it can be time-consuming and frustrating to figure out what went wrong and to correct it.

In fact, reps indicated several times that I was their guinea pig (for no pay) in helping identify all of their bugs.

It is integrated with Service Power, Service Bench, Quickbook and Shopify. The warranty/claim submission is a very smooth process where many hours of time has been saved.

SW customer service and technical support is HORRIBLE.

I like reading the blogs and watching You Tube videos for help using the software.

Service Works helps organize my scheduling and daily work orders in the best format possible.

This was a terrible experience and you stole our money, as we paid for a year's worth of service in advance.

You name it and it either is still not working or has broken multiple times in the last few months.

Currently my inventory is a mess. And I don't know how to fix it.

It's a great app for appliance repair companies like us.

We have contacted serviceworks rep many times and every time told they will get with someone and get back to us but we NEVER hear back unless we initiate it and then are told the same lame thing.

I like the overall concepts and practicality of the way the software is put together and in the most part is very easy to use. The customer support has been phenomenal.

CUSTOMER SERVICE AT SW IS HOPELESS AND NO HELP IS AVAILABLE. WE HAVE BEEN HAVING ISSUES WITH THE PROGRAM SINCE WE CAME ON BOARD.

The inability to edit forms within the program. The lack of ability to scan documents or photos larger than 5mb.

The scheduling feature is awesome as appointments can be rescheduled on the calendar, as well as in the client record. The customer service is somewhat good, which increases productivity.

When we sell product will not take out of inv. Until delivered  if delivery is 2 weeks away we sell same product 2 to 3  times what a mess.

Our technician was terrible at support and we immediately tried to cancel the service when we were trying to launch the company.

The amount of glitches we had to deal with and the amount of issues still unresolved major part of program broken and still no fix.
