Ease of use is nice on this product. The beginning estimator should be able to open the program and start using it right away.

I get lost on how the pricing appears, or I don't know what price to send to the customer.

I have been using TurboBid since 2012 and have seen amazing progress within the system to make it easier and faster to produce accurate estimates and proposals for my customers.

They see from the start what the job will require. TurboBid is the best system I have seen.

I hope to have time this winter to sit down and learn the program better.

The data base is massive and easy to adapt to any estimate. It gives me clear, easy to understand reports and material take-offs.

Inability to adjust take off quantity prior to purchase.

Its a must have for anyone serious about their business. This software is so customizable and user friendly and will save you a lifetime of sitting at a desk trying to figure everything out yourself.

Secondly, the reports and bid package this software creates is beyond anything you can do on your own. Its the wow factor to the already amazing product.

My favorite thing about the software is the Technical Support. I've only used it once but it was fantastic.

In general, this program provides a great solution for estimating the budget. It is easy to use and its customer service is really good.

I dislike the way navigation through assemblies works. I would rather be able to type in a search bar when I need to add an assembly, especially one not used often.

It save a lot of time and lays everything out in an easily understandable format for customers. I also like how I can setup assembly groups.

COINS had a thorough understanding of the construction industry and the product reflects it. COINS has excellent technical support - tickets logged are resolved quickly.

COINS SM has allowed our service team to step away from an outdated, manual, paper-intensive process to a fully integrated, paperless, mobile supported process.

We pay close to 2,000 employees weekly and we have a mix of union and non-union jobs.

Coins is also easy to use overall and helps us manage our jobs from forecasting to tracking actual job costs. Mobile tech is another great feature that makes it easier for our service department.

This software was super easy to install, didn't take a lot of space and very user friendly. I am able to keep all my bids in order.

Excellent and easy sharing and uploading of multiple project data and files and the activity tracking and reports creation is effective.

The ease to run reports for things such as Jobs, AP & Employee Services is very user friendly. The test environment is very helpful especially when it is time to upgrade system.

It is Fully Web-Based and takes advantage of canned API and Webservices to connect to other software’s that we utilize.

I liked that that software was cloud based and had a user friendly interface.

I also do not believe that we should have to pay to have a report made or modified, that we are paying the bi-annual license fees and have already paid for the program itself.

The thing I like most about the software is that there is unlimited potential when designing how you want the software to work for your company.
