I am using this remarkable orchestration tool in order to deploy, organize and control multiple applications. Indeed, we can smoothly scale up and down the containers, track their deployment history or alert the users in case of error.

Although it is a considerable tool, it is still quite complex, as it necessitates familiarity with numerous concepts such as containerization, networking and so on.

It requires at least a small engineering or DevOps team in order to configure and set up a proper environment with QA and TA environment. This is not necessarily a con but a must to have in consideration.

Managing our resource permissions and user access policies are easily done in our Kubernetes cluster deployments through container policy management. 5. We can include custom resource definitions to our API-integrated clusters so that we can utilize replica sets and not necessarily build our servers from scratch.

Container monitoring feature collects essential metrics & tracks our containerized applications for their smooth performance. 3. It implements changes safely to our production by proactively identifying issues and redeploying our containerized applications quickly.

There isn't anything in particular which I can mention as I like the least about IBM Cloud Kubernetes Service. It provides Realtime insights into our metadata, pod configurations and performance metrics which helps in overviewing the health of all containers and redeploy them in case of any issues.

Using this software helped me to orchestrate microservice along with load balancing and easy scaling

First of all , this software is so friendly in terms of user interactions and experience . In addition, it is so scalable as well. We can host/manage our app easily and orchestrate docker containers.

As for the new users, it will be so hard/difficult to be familiar with this software and to understand the main feature behind this tool since it requires a lot of experience.

Kubernetes has been easy to use and monitor. They have a great support community. Easy to debug. Easy to understand syntax. Manages the containers flawlessly once it is been set up.

Setting up could be made simpler. Overly complex for simple applications. Could be made easier to apply for a beginner.

Le moins apprécié dans ce logiciel est que IBM Cloud Kubernetes Service nécessite de savoir en parallèle de nombreux concepts. Par exemple, un utilisateur de ce service doit savoir le principe de conteneurisation (containerization) ainsi d'avoir un peu d'informations sur le réseau.

Althought its considerable features, it is know with its high resource and time consumption (ram and cpu).

It provides enterprise-level scalability and security, and it integrates IBM Watson API.

More on-premise support for sensitive would've been great as its documentation mostly assumes that the customer prefers cloud instead of on-premise application, which is not always the case.
