Cant really provide what we dont like at this stage.

I was using the app at the start when there were a few teething problems. These have by and large been erased now though.

I like that it tracks your steps, you can do challenges with other people and it also has great rewards. The mindfulness section is also a really big plus for me, I use this quite a lot.

I like the community feeling of it - we use it company-wide and can challange each other.

The integration of fitness trackers such as Apple Health and Fitbit are very helpful and offer excellent ways to combine own personal habits with a celebratory tool / work incentive.

The software looks great, can be personalised and is easy to use and navigate around.

I have to say that the level of engagement has been incredible from all of the colleagues who have downloaded and used the app. Feedback is positive and that helps me justify the investment.

I like the eas of use...it helps me to meditate. Mostly I used this for mediation.early in the morning.they have a good collection.i also like there mediation courses.

I'm happy to see a well-being platform that entices all users to connect with their community and live a better life at their own pace and skill level.

I loved how easy it was to onboard the whole company and the ease of use means it’s used by virtually everyone in the business daily.

It was really straight forward to implement and launch. Once the decision had been made to invest in GoVida, because  of the support and clear direction received from GoVida, it was simply and quick.

Feedback from employees has been positive on the motivation and redeemable rewards which supports the other wellbeing initiatives BDO promotes.

The app is very easy to use, understand and helps awareness of deficiences in certain areas of wellbeing. I really like the challenges and it made me want to improve on each target daily.

The difficulty to coordinate with the apps that provide the input of the information of workouts, sleep... couldn't connect with Zepp, my smartwatch activity app.

Overall, this has added an excellent reward system to my personal life; as well as a healthy way to build rapport with my team.

App is easy to use, integrates with my phone well and is a great motivator to keep up my exercise and wellness.

Very good, it has encouraged me to join a gym and get fit.

Easy to use easy to download and easy to administer.

For example, GoVida sends a notification to remind me to take a deep breath which annoys me.

If GoVida is synced first,  not all of the data is captured. This means that on occasions the app has not recognised all my steps, and subsequently miss out on the extra points.

GoVida is a fantastic App that has improved the mental and physical wellbeing of our staff.

I like the way that being active and living a healthy lifestyle helps to build up points through the app that can be exchanged for rewards.

This has been great to compete in the team challenges we have done encouraging  people to get involved and adding in some competitiveness.

I cant find anything that I don't like about the app.

I dislike how sometimes the information presented on the app, or the features on the app are not working properly or do not go into enough detail for my personal need.

The major thing I dislike is the lack of awareness about this platform.

The idea of  inspiring a healthier lifestyle and challenging yourself and others is awesome I do like what the app is about.

Also, one more bonus, within 30 days you can work with any tariff for free - you don’t even have to indicate your payment card details when registering.

I don't recall there being anything I disliked about the service.

This program is easy to use, auto-schedules to Instagram which I love, and makes managing social media from one place simple.

This software and the community does encourage to be better. It also encourages you to meet your health goals.

I find it tricky to track past dated entries, in case, I missed it for some reason.

The ease of tracking on a daily basis helps to keep my wellness goals in check. Their Custom Service support team is always very prompt and very helpful and by far one of the best I have dealt with.

Sprout is great for sharing social information across all of your platforms. They have a great starter plan, as well as plans for bigger agencies.

Its nice to see what other co workers are doing in that regards as well to eating and fitness, so it is full of great ideas.

Super easy to use dashboard, it's the best feature of using sprout. Lets you post on all the social media's from one page, has a real time analytics.

Its a great app and its working out perfect for me. Its easy to keep tab of all activities and challenges.

Sprout is very easy to use and has a fair amount of bells and whistles for the cost. I really like the tasks tab, as it has helped us create a much more integrated community management process too.

The terminology is confusing, ie: challenges/groups/events etc. I get lost in menus trying to find what Im looking for.

It has a nice interface and is very intuitive to use. You can track your stats very in a very easy and friendly UI.

Sometimes notifications take a bit longer to pop up with in the platform. Making for a lag delayed response times.

If you are planning to start the working week with bulk message downloads, Sprout will greatly disappoint you: you can add only one message at a time.

It is very easy to use, you can analyze the data of social networks and it is excellent to organize the projection of each social network.

I am so happy with using sprout. A great way to check in with yourself and the people you work with.

One very positive has been our ability to quickly understand what menu items or even eating trends our customers were interested in or even in one case avoiding.

The cardio excise it just fun and you try harder to be healthy and money.

I love the fact this program is not only informative but child safe.

The ability to connect with office colleagues and motivate each other is great.

I find that I am more active and have a better sense of community with my teammates because of the app. I would highly recommend.

Overall, the software is a good start in monitoring and working with social media content. It’s quite nice that you can draft everything there and not have to worry about posting things the day of.

I was very into Sprout when I first got it and very happy with it. I am still happy with it, but do not use it quite as often as I would like.

Sometimes ran into errors syncing accounts to sprout and it is a significant cost bump to use the premier features.

I like that it gets people motivation other people to be healthy and keep moving or being active. I like that its easy to use.
