REALLY????? Very limited on how you can format your quotes, fonts, and color of everything. Putting in hyperlinking is limited and many of the things you can do, you have to do with code.

We appreciated the ability quotient has to sync with Quickbooks. Have a quote approved by a client and you can set it to automatically create an invoice or a quote within Quickbooks or Xero.

Customer support are amazing and were able to answer any questions with ease, responded very efficiently and were always very friendly.

Professional look and feel, my clients love the fact that they can accept the quote online without printing and scanning the acceptance.

Sometimes I get a bit confused when trying to do some tasks. I sometimes get a bit confused around sending the cover email and viewing that cover once it's been sent.

Integrates with Xero and I like the ability to see when the customer has received and opened the quote. It's so easy to use and I wouldn't use anything else.

The estimating  functionality is excellent and allows for quick and accurate estimates. The interface is also user friendly and easy on the eyes.

It really needs an offline app asap it is the only factor letting it down.
