  • Retention management is a fantastic tool. The way that this product assists to improve communication between the field and office users.
  • It is stable and they are not changing it for the sake of changing.
  • Cons

  • New PO billing is a waste of time for us and we should be able to opt out but it makes us go through this process that we don't need.
  • I dislike the lack of communication with other online products our business uses.

  • Application updates sometimes have problems after deploymentThere is a problem with the limitation for offlining the database, since it runs locally on the SQL Express server (local db).
  • Occasional application crash, some data fields are different from Outlook.
