eWay-CRM allows businesses to store contact information and engagements. The marketing module helps organize marketing campaigns and target potential customers. eWay-CRM automatically tracks communication history and creates a follow-up plan for salespeople. Users can automate administrative tasks such as sending pre- and post-engagement emails, assigning leads and sending quotes and documents to customers.

eWay-CRM allows businesses to create contact categories based on relationships, geography, importance and other factors. The auto-reminder feature helps businesses keep track of their payments, appointments, clients’ birthdays and anniversaries and other milestones. Users can also track business activities on their mobile phone with the eWay-CRM Premium mobile app for Android. eWay-CRM also integrates with Outlook, allowing businesses to handle CRM activities from the Outlook interface.

MS Business Contact Manager Replacement

This has been a wonderful tool for a individual as free option.

Pros

- plugs in directly to local outlook instance with tool bar/ribbon icon for company or contact input.
-supports parent child relationship between company's and contact's
- allows image import for profile pic.
-no custom fields with free version

Cons

- does not allow contacts in multiple company profiles with same email.
- does not encrypt data at rest.

Best CRM

Without fault. Highly recommend.

Pros

This CRM is aimed at the user - it's user friendly, quick, efficient, common sense. Having trialled many CRMs over the last few months, this was head and shoulders above the rest. Based out of Outlook, where most client interactions reside, so works like a charm. I wish I'd found it years earlier. It's the CRM you'd design if you were a CRM designer. I hope it continues to be developed and supported for many, many years to come.

Cons

nothing yet - all working as planned. Sync to remote server can be a little slow, but thats understandable

Very useful CRM tool integrated in Outlook

Pros

- Easy to use, especially when it is apart of Outlook.
- All information are gathered in one program, which makes it easy to get an overview.
- Many useful features, which are simple to use.

Cons

- The mobile app can't be used with IPhones.

Very pleased with the ease of learning and the ease of migrating from BCM.

Pros

Automatically backs up to the cloud. The Journal module allows me to make notes of meetings and phone conversations easily and attaches each one to the contact. Having a history of all email and other conversations available on each contact's page. Ease of entering new contacts. When I open Outlook... eWay is there and ready to go.

Cons

I'd like to see more tutorials and examples of how others in a similar biz are using the product. More guidance in how each module might or might not be of benefit to me. For my particular biz, I would like to see at least 2 classes of contacts... ex. Company contacts (referral sources) and Individual contacts (clients/customers)

The integration with Outlook by far and the relative ease of use. I Still need to learn how to take the full potential of it!

Cons

I need to learn more about how to use it at its best and I am not there yet because I do not use it enough to ramp up the learning curve.

CRM fully integrated with outlook. It facilitates the daily work of salesmen.

The integration with Outlook that avoided me a lot of useless filing work

Pros

- The integration with Outlook.
- The speed of access to linked information - contacts/companies/opportunities/...
- The easyness to use
- The quality of working simplifications
- The possibilities to customize the tools according to needs
- The quality and speed of answer in case of difficulties

Cons

- For instance, I do have enough "bad experience" to point out to topic
- The difficulty to discover eWay-CRM amongst competition.
- The language could also be French

Rep called and did a great job answering questions and showing me around the software.

Pros

I like that I don't have to leave Outlook to check customer details. It is also nice that I can edit views and add fields.

Cons

I've noticed that when I add a custom field it doesn't always line up with the other fields. Not a big problem but something I've noticed.

It seems to be designed for BD people and it can be used in different ways. It is an effective collaboration tool in the Sales community

It seems to want to keep asking me for missing exchange rates, but we are not tracking financially with the product - we aren't using it this way.

Mixed. Overall the software is easy to use and efficient. CSR was very helpful and courteous

Pros

Efficient and I like how it links to Outlook. Organizes my accounts effectively. Easy to navigate.

Cons

Had a bad experience when I merged new accounts into the CRM. An error occurred that merged the new accounts into existing accounts. Had to do a lot of back work to fix the issue and clean up the accounts. Was not very happy about it.

Very easy to use, full functionality, great performance/cost solution for small company.

Cons

It took me about a month to figure things out but after that, I'm really enjoying using eWay!

Pros

Staying within Outlook so my workflows have been vastly improved. I use Yesware and Boomerang to reach out to prospects.

Cons

Wish there was email scheduling like Boomerang so I can stage email campaigns and initiatives. I tried using Outlook not before. but was not satisfied

Doesn't cover all our needs, but for its price its very good.

Pros

Its affordable. Easy to implement and teach.
There is mobile app for android and ios.
People behind customer support are skilled and kind.
User experience: you can customize some stuff, like adding fields of different types, conditional formatting, possible to disable parts you don't use

Cons

Custom changes are pricey.
Mobile app doesn't have all function like in OT.
Customer support can take sometimes few days to get to your problem.
User experience: not very user friendly entering attendance, added custom fields are mostly not visible in filters across system (which can be pain to find what you are looking for), Reports are mostly useless, while moving to another pc not all settings are moved
