It is super easy to use and is much less expensive than other options out there.

I love the automated follow up texts & emails. Overall the technology is amazing & always improving.

When you have close to 100 calls or inquiries a month it is great to automate the follow-up. Saves tons of time and helps indicate the leads that need immediate attention vs the leads that need time.

I believe in the software and will continue to use but it would be better if he could get a staff for customer service or a better way to troubleshoot problems.

Has a lot of options and customization. I like the ability to track where leads come from and being able to track my sign calls.

CallAction Have saved me from alot of Stress with call routing, and also prodigious support.

The setup and instructions were a little difficult.

Overall it's a LOT of technology & a little confusing to use all the features.

LOVE having a callAction text code on the side on my listings. Also, love having individual numbers for different marketing sources (yelp, nextdoor, etc etc).

Believe me you, have been looking all my life for an easy and flexible call tracker , guess what CallAction did Justice to that.

Easy to make campaigns, does video text campaigns, text, etc. love it. Ease of use, easy to get a hold of tech support, Facebook group helps a lot as  well.

I get the phone numbers, but are reluctant tp call the lead by name.

You can get so creative with capturing leads. It's not even funny how many options there are if you get creative.

Extremely difficult to use; insufficient integrations; many customer service reps had poor English language skills.

When linkedin changed their url format I was stuck with over 3000 records with bad url's.

It is somewhat customizable. We like the reporting features, and the ability to incorporate other tools like Zapier to work with InfusionSoft.

Some functionality has been lost in transitioning to keap ownership.

Sick and tired of paying money for something no one can make function and do what I need.

We found this one of the best CRMs in market and application built quality is great.

The fact that we can design the whole campaign on a drawing board like the platform is something that I think everyone should do. It just gives you a good overall view of how we are running things.

The only bad thing is that it has no documentation in Spanish and that it is a bit expensive.

I started with Infusionsoft before it was Keap. Customer service was way better before the were bought out.

Landing pages rarely work and I have had multiple events and lost hundreds of leads during the KEAP take over of Infusionsoft. Now I have too much money invested to make a switch.

My overall experience is fantastic. Infusionsoft is advanced and I applaud the creators for their brilliant and creative minds.

I requested a cancellation of our acccount which, to this day, has not been actioned. I have had to go to my bank to block further charges of my account.

No meaningful R&D, poor support, and no email integration.

Keap has really been awesome so far and I will keep using it.

But it's just things like that that make the platform feel so outdated. For the first couple of years, we felt like the customer support was fantastic.

I don't know much about the pricing, but I have heard that it's a great value comparatively.

It  gives us the ability to help the customer feel secure in their purchase also helps to cover our end if one tries to lie and say they didnt recieve it.

We love Infusionsoft because it is user friendly, intuitive and we have been able to combine our marketing campaigns into the software.

There is a learning curve to understanding how to set up and send emails. It's also hard to manage email contacts.

I am happy with their level of support as well. I would recommend it to someone that is serious about building an online business.
