    Pros

Infusionsoft has just about everything you could need in one convenient place. It allows you to personalize your dashboard and view whatever information is most pertinent for your company. For us, it's a great way to organize and store our customer information.

    Cons

I wish it had a better tutorial/how to section. There are a ton of features in Infusionsoft, and a detailed how-to would help you to learn to utilize these in the best way possible for your business.

    Pros

Infusionsoft seems to be the best email marketing management tool out there. This has been huge for us to grow.

    Cons

We had a couple of minor snags when integrating our email list from another vendor into Infusionsoft. Still, this could have been due to the previous organization's formatting. Regardless it was quickly resolved.

    - we support clients across different markets. Infusionsoft is a major choice for our clients that handles small scale operations.

    Pros

We track down progress offshore and track leads. I've seen a lot of programs and tools but i'm really impressed with infusion soft. The way it sort out leads that are hot or cold. If the client was in communication with us or we need to follow up. Since we handle multiple accounts all across the market, it's makes my job a lot easier. It's synchronize and even if i don't mess with it, i know that you can even send mails with this tool.

    Cons

It's a lot of work setting up, a bit intimidating if you haven't used other crm. but once your done everything is good to go. I also noticed a couple of videos online that has negative comments. It could be an issue when recomending the app.

What I like most about Infusionsoft is that it has a lot of functionality in general, and can handle almost everything needed for a marketer for the most part.

    Cons

What I do not like about Infustionsoft is that it is quite expensive and can be confusing for the user to create and manage campaigns.

    Pros

Ability to plan out campaigns for any length of time and variation. Great real time reports on many activities in your sphere.

    Cons

It takes a while to get it set up and you will need their free coaching to understand it all. That being said, the coaching was amazing and they dedicate quite a bit of time making sure you are good to go.

Good General CRM with Drip Marketing Functions

    Ease-of-use

    Value for Money

I have used Infusionsoft with several of my clients and overall they have enjoyed using it. One client was able to track sales leads from 13 different sources and send them scheduled marketing campaigns base on their needs. It worked great to allow the sales staff to filter to the best leads, while automatically contacting all of our prospects immediately, giving us time to respond to each of them with less staff. It is great software when used correctly.

    Pros

    - Great drip marketing campaigns
    - Easily tracks leads in a sales process and gives great reports on progress
    - Great email delivery for my clients
    - Easy to use software with an online interface
    - For medium to large organizations this software is a steal

    Cons

    - Can be a bit expensive for smaller companies

The system offers a lot of good functionality, but plan to invest some time in training and really planning out your tagging to make the most of what it does offer. It's not quite as simple to use as other systems, but I do think if someone really sat down and learned out to use it well, they could maximize what they got out of it.

    Pros

It has a very robust set of tools to use when building drip campaigns and other workflow/process related blasts. You have really good control of this. I also like the tagging system for contacts. Makes filtering them much easier.

    Cons

The interface is much cluckier than other systems I've used. Finding things just isn't intuitive in the system.

    Horrible.

    Pros

Really nothing. I found it horrible in every way.

    Cons

Training was expensive and very time consuming. It is expensive. There are much better, much easier and way simpler products that do essentially the same thing. And when it is time to cancel - good luck! I am still jumping through hoops trying to cancel. About to report them to the BBB.

Great if you need no web integration or visualized reports, terrible otherwise

    Ease-of-use

We got InfusionSoft primarily to be able to send automated email campaigns based off of actions people were taking on our web app. We were led to believe that they had the RESTful API infrastructure for this, and so we went for it. Also, we were told we'd have to have the ecommerce product to meet our goals, and in our onboarding we learned that we actually did not. Coming up on 10 months later, it is the worst business decision we ever made. Their REST API is not fully functional, and when presented with issues, their Dev team suggests that you switch to using their old API [with which our integration is not compatible, and which they are working to sunset anyway]. Worse, they require manual reauthentication of the API token on a regular basis AND the support for their API is outsourced and is unresponsive and unhelpful. When a reauthentication error took place that essentially mooted our entire integration two months ago, they took weeks to get back with us. Now, since we've moved to their new interface, there is no way to opt-in our users so we can send them emails [the only people we put in the CRM are people who registered accounts on our site]. This has rendered InfusionSoft 100% useless, and all our integration work is trash.

    Pros

The campaign builder is easy to learn and easy to use, as well as the email builder. It will get all your basics taken care of there, and being able to preview an desktop AND mobile was a huge pro.

    Cons

It is very difficult to navigate to what you need, even with adequate training. Nothing is intuitive, and all of the reports are just lists of contacts filtered for something.
Most importantly, this tool is not adequate if you're wanting to integrate at all. Even they say that you may need to hire an InfusionSoft partner to manage your tool for you to use it to the best of its capability. I would argue that if you need to hire a specialist to use your SaaS for you, your SaaS is not a good tool.

Hi Erica, I am truly sorry to hear that you have had such a frustrating experience. I have looked into your case history and it sounds like, unfortunately, your recent API ticket just did not get to the appropriate team quickly enough. API support is not outsourced, but it sounds like you initially worked with our contracted support team and there was a delay in getting your ticket with our advanced team. We apologize for the experience, and have reached out to resolve the issue, as well as refunded you for this period. Again, this is not the experience we want for our customers and we understand your frustration completely. Regards, Sarah, Advocacy Manager

I would not recommend "investing" in this product.

    Pros

I imagine that the metrics they use to help gauge the effectiveness of campaigns would have been helpful if there was actually any return on my investment.

    Cons

Glitchy landing page software. Sub-par customer service. Requires a "university" to try to figure out how to make it work.

Hi Kate, I am sorry to hear that you did not get your investment in Infusionsoft; however, in looking at your ticket history, it sounds like you decided to work with a consultant who did not wish to use Infusionsoft for campaigns, and this was over a year ago. Furthermore, we have ample onboarding services available for customers and the “university” is just a supplement to your training – which you declined. I am sorry you were unable to give Infusionsoft a try. Our customer service teams are typically applauded for providing stellar coaching services and, once users take a bit of time to learn the software, like any full-service platform, they are so happy with how easy it is to use. I adore it. I no longer work for the company that used it, but I can honestly say I miss it.

    Pros

The GUI! I loved being able to build workflows in a visual manner. The ease of adjustment made it fun to work through various possible courses.

I also loved that there was a vibrant community of users, a yearly conference, and VERY responsive chat-based assistance.

    Cons

It didn't integrate with our service software well, but that was more of an issue with the other software than with IFS.

We are one year in and have several excellent campaigns working for us which we never would have imagined. We are now developing many more and we see this as the path forward for allowing our company to make a huge leap in growth.

    Pros

It does virtually everything that we could think of and has allowed us to stop using some other software applications because it is already contained within Infusionsoft.

    Cons

It took a commitment from me and my team to get on board and dig in and learn. Once we got organized we saw immediately how it was absolutely the tool we could use to automate a vast amount of tasks and allow us to communicate with thousands and thousands of customers on a direct and personal way.

    Pros

The on-boarding process is fantastic; they've gone above and beyond to make sure that their new members are adequately prepared to use their service from the get-go. The software is flexible to meet your needs, but intuitive enough to not need years of programming experience to get things dialed in. Their email builder and landing page builder are fantastic and easy to use as well.

    Cons

Sometimes it takes a little while to find what you need in the menus, or it looks different since you were last there if it's been a while, but that's just how it goes with a responsive company that's making updates and upgrades all the time.

As the title said, I have mixed feelings. It's pretty complex to learn, but there isn't anything out there that does everything that infusionsoft does - so I feel a bit stuck. That being said, it has given me so much control over my email marketing and complex launch campaigns and for that reason I'm not looking elsewhere right now. Support isn't great, but there are lots of user groups that are helpful.

    Pros

The fact that all my campaigns, customer details and sales are stored in one place and I can create pretty cool automated campaigns.

    Cons

Its highly complex and the onboarding training is terrible, so it takes a long time to get up to speed.

    Pros

This application provides an ultimate platform for e-mail marketing and sales for small businesses. It offers many other interesting functions as well as features. Some of them are here!! It offers one of the best CRM as well as it provides an automation of marketing. Its reporting is also superb along with Drip Marketing and Landing Pages which are also just great. Its navigation and layout are also pretty nice. It provides good customer service. It helps us to tracks our communications along with adding appropriate notes in each and every prospect. It also provides the ability of Email marketing automation as well as, it has a good salesperson.

    Cons

This application API is very poor which makes it difficult to operate. Mapping for drip marketing is not so good. Its custom reporting is also bad. One of the main problems with it is that one has to grow through a big learning curve otherwise it will be a problem for him to operate it effectively. There are a lot of glitches in the system. Some users said that they really need a better customer service team. Its database deduping is also not automatic. Its dashboard is not working well and in addition, it has a problem to get over- complicated!!

It can do a lot but it may not be worth the effort. I often wish we never started using it.

    Pros

Very powerful - it can handle a lot. Everything you need to set up campaigns, manage customer info, make sales etc.

    Cons

It is almost impossible to deal with. It's complex, there are still glitches with text formatting in the email set up, the API is one of the worst I have ever connected to. It's just hard to use and it's hard to find people who understand it. Also, the customer service team is often unequipped to handle most questions about actually using the product.
