Again, after a FULL YEAR - Still only using 10% of the functionality, you encouraged us to go to a class in Arizona that was NOT CRM TRAINING. It was only an overview.

Pros

I'm a huge fan of the Task feature, which enables me to keep up with the admin staff production. With that being said, we were never trained on how to enter users with restrictions, let alone anything else.

Cons

The training is ridiculous (lack of) - Too much to type
The merchant payments and invoices are not effecient therefore causing us to use a 3rd party.
We also have to use 2 other systems in order to make Infusionsoft accommodate our needs.

Infusionsoft's automation possibilities are amazing. It goes way past simple platforms like aweber, mailchimp, constant contact and even activecampaign.
You can take a contact all the way from option forms to fully tagged and segmented marketing campaigns and finish the job with an order form waiting for their credit card all in one piece of software for a reasonable cost.

Cons

I don't like how I have to change my password every90 days. however, I totally understand that. I wish it worked better on Safari as well (the email campaign feature). I cannot create the emails in Safari, but I can do so on Google Chrome.

It is hard to beat the ROI of Infusionsoft

Ultimately the cost of time and money for something like Infusionsoft has to be justified by the ROI. With Infusionsoft, we have seen amazing results, far better than with other CRM's.

Pros

I have seen amazing results which is why we invest in software like Infusionsoft. I love how it does more than just sends out emails. I love creating and seeing this machine work even when I am not working. I also love how I can get it to do what I want. There are some many different services that I now have hooked into our Infusionsoft that even I am amazed.

Cons

It is still a difficult learning curve. I struggled for many months and finally hired Sixth Division to help. This is where we really began to understand Infusionsoft and see results. It is hard to swallow that I have to have help to use software.

They truly have the best customer support. I absolutely love the people who help me and never make me feel stupid for being in my own head too much or needing help with anything from the billing side to the function side. I love the robust features and functionality, and even more that they focus on relationship building strategies with my goals in mind, while still using what is backed by proven strategies and case studies, rather than just cookie cutter functions and one-size-fits all solutions.

Cons

I don't always keep up with the upgrades, but the upgrades need to happen, so that's really more a "con" for me being human and not for the software itself. Sometimes it can feel too robust and can be overwhelming.

Infusionsoft has been the key to increasing my sales without getting more staff. It's enabled me to focus on creating campaigns that keep generating new clients and increasing the revenue I get from existing clients. My business really couldn't operate without it. I've tried other (cheaper / sexier) systems and kept coming back to infusionsoft as my business core (and I'm only using a fraction of its capacity). Every month I pay my subscription with a smile... it's worth that much to me.

Pros

Comprehensive marketing software that helps you:- 1. Communicate with your target market; 2. Segment your list and send customised messages to groups; 3. Track responsiveness; 4. Increase profits and sales.
Once you invest the time to learn it properly it is quite easy to use and their tech support is great.

Cons

1. Because it has so many features it's quite complex.
2. Because they are constantly updating the software sometimes their help articles are out of date.

Overall, I do like infusionsoft and would recommend it to anyone looking for automation in the lead generation and conversion process.

Pros

You can get as creative as you'd like with the automation. Once you set up a system it runs itself. You can see what's working and what's not and you can fix it quickly.

Cons

I'd like to see social media profiles of leads in infusionsoft. Currently you have to purchase a 3rd party plugin to handle that.

A Fully Loaded Software with a Little Ways to Go

I am so happy to see they have recently come out with landing page templates and new layouts. The old ones were not appealing at all. If they continue to improve on this, they could render leadpages useless.

They've also improved the email campaign reporting in the campaign manager which is a huge relief!

Pros

Everything is under one software. I have my CRM, Email Marketing, E-commerce, and Affiliates all in one software. This means everything works together seamlessly. The ability to customize the software to work in the exact way I need it to for my business is a huge relief. So many other softwares integrate with it as well. They seem like they are constantly improving and growing which is nice as well.

Cons

The load times from the campaign manager can take a little bit, but it is a powerful software. The e-commerce doesn't have much ability to customize making the shop useless and forcing me to use order forms for each product.

I would like to see the campaign triggers be directly integrated with marketing platforms like Facebook, Google, etc.

Its a huge improvement on where we were and I can see the road to where we will be and there is a lot to learn to get to the end point. But Infusionsoft is already helping in the office. I have recommended it to a couple of companies already and one has had a demo. I plan on becoming a partner soon.

Pros

The campaign builder now that I am understanding it more is huge. The ability to create little robots to do take the time wasting procedures away an from your everyday routine is unmeasurable at this point. The tags are incredibly helpful. Once you are able to get in there and start playing with the new toys you can see whats possible.

Cons

not being able to email from a contact record, not having all communication with contacts tracked, invoicing is cumbersome, chatting with employees and having to utilize a number of 3rd party softwares to finish off the picture of a complete package.

More then doubled the business. We can be a small team and it does the work of 5 people on the back end.

Pros

Most powerful small business sales and marketing business automation system. Easy to use, yet very powerful system. We have more then one advanced integration with them. All work great.

Since Infusionsoft grew, and offers so much, we can now move out of Oractle | NetSuite. They are much easier to use system, and offers many, many features what big guys offer and charge 10 times the price.

We love infusionsoft and respect their company A LOT.

Cons

There is no native DEEP integration with QuickBooks Online Canada. E-commerce portion is weak, but shopping cart is great :)...automation after that is even better.

We did not benefit. it never got to work. we wasted time, energy and money and at the end cacelled.

Pros

We initially liked how it integrated with Microsoft outlook. We thought that it would be good for a CRM. But Both Proved to be a terrible experience and a waste of money. At then end we closed the account.

Cons

Customer Service and Support were terrible. We had issues setting it yp. The sandbox was causing errors with the outlook plug in. we made several support tickets and they never followed up and they never fixed it. They never refunded our money, even though they could fix the issue.

Well, it's really hard to pick something I liked, as I didn't like much of anything. I guess the only thing I can think of, is that they have a cool marketing approach that get's you to buy the product.

Cons

I have a list! Not intuitive at all. Support is awful, they'll keep referring you around in loops until you just give up in frustration. Nothing is as easy as it seems, the straight path is never available and this ends up being useless for the most part.

No more needing to call for follow ups, auto emails going to leads instead of having to go through the 1,300 some leads we have and trying to figure out which ones are more likely to buy. Now Infusionsoft does this for us, and we only have to call then when they get hot.

Pros

Very in depth, detailed, and makes the little things that would usually take forever to do take no time at all because they are now automated. The face to face meeting to train on the program is very helpful as well. It is a lot better than just talking on the phone or a virtual training program. Any time I have a question, I just call or send an email, and I always get a response super quick. If I call, 99% of the time the person I call picks up. Great customer service. Wonderful company. Would recommend to any company looking to automate the small things and increase sales. I got a crash course on the algorithms they use to increase sales, and let me just say, they are crazy good!

Cons

The only thing I can say negative is that the software does have a pretty good learning curve, but that's only because the program is so detailed and in depth. You can do dang near anything with Infusionsoft. With a program this detailed, I don't think anyone can expect to master it in just a few weeks, but I have absolutely no problem with that. The benefits faaaaar outweigh the only negative.

I really like their continual upgrading of the product. There is always something new being added or some quick being upgraded and then they tell you or send out a video so you can see the changes, this way you dont find out about an amazing feature 5 months after.

Cons

Some of the functions are "clunky" or a bit confusing, no real flow and you have limited custom fields.

Cons

Figuring out the best way to use it. Usually this happens with trial and error which can be frustrating considering clients emails are involved and accidental emails or tags have been sent or applied. It would be great to be able to run test a campaign instantly (bypassing timers) in order to see it's function so the "trial and error" stage is avoided.

Pros

I like most the campaign manager, it's user friendly, efficient and completly trackebled. Nevertheless, it would be useful to be able to start/stop a campaign sequence for one contact from the campaign manager directly.

Cons

I like least is the broadcast manager. A lot of mistake can be done and not be canceled. You have to send yourself the email two times before send it, because the preview is not the reality.

Pros

Customizability is my favorite part of Infusionsoft. It is very powerful to be able to have it do exactly what you have dreamed up. It seems pretty simplistic at first, but when you get into it, you start to realize that the possibilities are endless of what you can accomplish and do with it. For me the CRM and Campaign builder are doing automated tasks for me that would take our team hours to accomplish, and catching our sales and fulfillment process at critical time points to make sure our patient experience is the best it can be.

I really love and use campaign builder . . . a lot. You can make campaigns do whatever you want AND make them start to perform based on the interaction that your customers have with the campaigns. That is very powerful and one of the big differentiators IS has from other software I have found.

I¿ve used IS for about 4 years now and I'm building new things every week to help reduce the tasks I do and my employees do.

I also love the community. Going to ICON (the conference that infusionsoft puts on) was one of the best experiences I have had as a business owner. It was amazing to see thousands of small business owners making things happen and helping each other.

Infusionsoft really does live by its tag line "We help Small Businesses Succeed."

Cons

There is work involved. I'm not really trying to be facetious. So many times we want a silver bullet that makes everything as easy as wasting 6 hours on your friends facebook feeds. In life in general, it's not easy to customize anything, but when it is finally tailored right to what your business needs, it is very powerful. Infusionsoft isn't a few clicks here and there and over with, but if it were, it wouldn't be the powerful machine it is. So you have to be willing to invest in harnessing it to your wagon and making it work for you. That investment can potentially involve you or your staff learning how to use it, and/or hiring third party companies who help you get it doing what you want it to do. As long as you go into it knowing that there is tremendous benefit from both of these investments, your business will be influenced for the better.

Infusionsoft has a lot of things that are cookie cutter easy, but I think of it more like a cookie cutter maker than some software that does one or two things well and leaves businesses lacking in functionality or customizability. Learning the skills I have gained in Infusionsoft have totally transformed the way I think about marketing to my patients and everyone around me.

The platform of the software did not meet our needs, but it showed us everything we need to track to accurately distinguish client acquisitions and help improve the hire percentage rate. It allowed us to understand what information is needed to grow our business.

Pros

Promised great features to track incoming leads, follow-ups and automated email-drip system, along with seeing the use of potential customers. This program described everything our company looked for to help improve increased clients hiring.

Cons

The system is complicated to use, and if you do not click on the correct "action" for the potential client, it sends out the wrong information going from that point on. The creations of the emails were very time consuming and the samples that were given were very generic and sounded like every other company and would not set us apart from others in the decision to hire. The wrong emails were being sent out for a short period of time, which was an error on the set-up team. The numbers on how many people clicked on our emails weren't to our satisfaction. Which is not a direct reflection on the program, but of the usage of email from the customers. We used this system in conjunction with a 3rd party who handled all of the behind the scenes, so it may be different if you were using it on your own. The amount of time it took to update the system was not efficient for our company.

Pros

The ability to do powerful marketing automation without hiring a programmer or needing custom code. I am constantly having flashes of insight where I feel like smacking my forehead and saying, "We should be automating this with InfusionSoft!"

I was first introduced to this system when I worked in the coaching industry. I had to learn everything on my own, with the support of some different trainings. The system is great but the learning curve is high. If you know how to use this system, it's great! If not - you're going to struggle a bit. It's best to hire out support for this piece of your business and just provide the framework and strategy having someone else execute the tasks. I would recommend this to larger businesses, not so much the solopreneur, there are more affordable solutions that will fit your needs until you can grow into a system like this.

Cons

From my experience, business owners would get sold on the idea of this and then purchase but not have enough funds to hire someone to build their automations and were not tech savvy enough to do it on their own.

Is by far the best marketing tool that I ever used, combines CRM, Email Marketing, Online Store, Payments in a single dashboard. In my case, I had merged Mailchimp, Unbounce, and Shopify with great results.

Cons

Infusionsoft is definitely not for newbies, require a lot of time to implement if you don't know what are you doing. Once you have the "know how" is pretty easier.

The other thing is the support, they have a great support, but if you want some advanced training or have some specific question you have 2 options, pay for the training or hire a specialist, because read the manual is not an option.

Ease of Use to implement and start a campaign. Interface is good. Pricing is very competitive. Have several promotions that make the purchase and only asked for a year commitment.

Cons

Good, hearty software with lots of options and customization tools.

Pros

There are probably 27 ways to do what you want within infusionsoft, which is the positive. It's also the negative.

Infusionsoft is supposed to be used for a lot of inbound/email marketing, but we actually use it for our coaching/consulting business. It's flexible enough to do both.

Cons

Some of what you think would be basic features aren't there (like, email me whenever an internal form is submitted - really?). It can be difficult to figure out HOW to do something and some things you just can't. Support is awesome and helps though.

More streamlined email marketing because it is now in one product with our CRM.

Pros

The customer service - you can chat online or call at almost any time and the team is so responsive and helpful. They've helped me learn new features and tricks and solve all issues I've come across in a timely manner.

Cons

The email design isn't as customizable as Mailchimp and there isn't the best reporting options. Some emails also go to spam.

This solved some initial needs / problems such as customer tracking, online purchasing, and drip email marketing.

Pros

This software seemed to solve & meet most, if not all of our apparent problems and needs. We ended up purchasing the product and implementing a variety of it's features and solving a couple of the things we purchased it for.
