Infusionsoft

Using an Infusionsoft Certified Partner has been the best thing, as I would never have realised the potential of the software without help. In fact I like Infusionsoft and their business model so much that I've participated in the Elite Forum, and I went to the last ICON conference in Phoenix, in 2017, all the way from Australia!

Pros

I've used Infusionsoft now for 4 years and it's made a huge difference to my business. I love the way I have been able to automate both lead management and business processes using the software.

Cons

I find that deliverability to Gmail and Hotmail addresses can be problematic, because of the setup at the recipient end. We have had to incorporate other backup systems such as SMS, to alert people to look in their junk mailboxes for an email from us.

Honest review

It's intuitive. It's niche in SME. It's has some track record way back to 2007. But the new infusionsoft 500 plan just launched for about 12-18 months only. I think it still need some work to be done to consider the basics neccesity.

Pros

Customer support and on boarding training is amazing. One of the best you can get for this price. The way they make their interface is very intuitive and the learning curve to maximise this software is not steep at all compared to many software that loads in a lot of functions and have bad training or guides. This provides you the best tools just enough for SME to produce phenomenal results.

Cons

1. Infusionapp "opportunity" sales function. I'm a very sales focused person. And i believe sales is a big part for every businesses. My sales team are always on-the-go. It'll be good if the app can remove it's restriction for sales for every aspect of infusionsoft version. I am currently using infusionsoft 500. And on the app i'm restricted to access for that i have no idea why because it doesn't make sense for my sales team.

2. Infusionsoft computer finance invoice and quotation function. There's currently an ala carte preset you can adjust for invoicing and quotation. However you're not able to set packages or do inventory. I think if we're able to preset packages and edit from there instead of picking ala carte selection for everything. That will help save a lot of time.

3. Payment gateway are only for US, Canada and one other country. Not integratable for Singapore. This is a very bad downfall for those that want a whole system will not be able to take ecommerce payment or recurring membership payment thru infusionsoft. You'll need an additional third party plug in to do that which may or may not incur more cost.

Can do so much ...BUT

If I didn’t spend so much time creating this system, I’d probably consider moving on to another.

Pros

There are amazing follow up features, sending email blasts are easy and knowing the open rate is good.

Cons

There is NO TRAINING.

I can’t even begin to imagine what we’re missing out on because they will only refer you to their documentation.

Forget about help with any 3rd party integration. NO HELP at all.

Lots of power, steep learning curve

I love the functionality it provides, though it takes time to master and really learn the ins and outs and logic to maximize effectiveness.

Pros

The ability to automate email campaigns, and integrate with my membership/online course plugin, AccessAlly.

Cons

There are a lot of nuances to learn about the system, and it's not always the most intuitive to navigate. Their tier 1 customer support isn't able to resolve a lot of the issues we have and have to be escalated.

Infusionsoft knows what great customer service is.

Pros

Although it can be a little frustrating learning the system but once you are familiar with it, it is great to see how all of the features work together.
They offer so many different features such as emailing, campaign builder, page builder etc


Their customer service is amazing

Cons

They do have some issues come up now and again such as the search for contacts feature can sometimes go down but there are workarounds and other places in the system you can do the search while they fix the issue.

Developer in the Shallow End

The integrations available with InfusionSoft and WordPress technologies is just phenomenal. We've made some really great websites using InfusionSoft, and it is absolutely essential for tracking and sending customer contact. InfusionSoft provides analytics that I didn't even know were available! You easily make a high ROI on this software. Give it a go! Just be patient with learning all it has to offer.

Pros

Super intensive but extremely customizable to your needs. Get creative and only use what you want to use. I've yet to experience InfusionSoft limiting our capabilities and desires.

Cons

There's a LOT. This means there's a TON to learn, which is why I gave 4 stars for Ease of Use. It's just so incredibly intensive. It's complex, as an entire mid-size company is, which is what InfusionSoft seems to be made for. It really is the entire sales, marketing, commerce, advertising department for your mid-size company.

Powerful, but Requires significant training and commitment

We use templates build by a marketing firm we work with. I don't think we could easily do this on our own. They also provide the support for us. Without significant assistance, this would be difficult for a small company to implement on its own

Gave me my life back

It was worth all the time and effort it took to set up. I've generated over a million dollars as a stay at home mom of seven children thanks to Infusionsoft and the power of automation. Now I make good money while I tend to my family. I set my own hours. I love what I do. With my campaigns in place, I can build an email, send a broadcast, and watch the system do the rest while I go enjoy my life. Thank you!

Pros

There are so many ways to engage my subscribers. I use what works for me. I know I'm not using all the features, but it's nice to know there is no limit to all the ways I can increase my revenue. I've just made it a practice to try a feature, fine tune it, and then integrate another feature... and my income grows. Super powerful! And because Infusionsoft has established itself so well in the marketplace, there are so many partner apps available across so many different kinds of platforms, which help me understand, reach, and serve my audience even better.

Cons

I am not a fan of the new landing pages. I think they're supposed to be a friendlier interface but instead they feel more limiting.

I am also disappointed in the quality of tech support, especially chat. I can't fault the employees - I've spent thousands of hours in the software over the last 10 years, so most of the time it feels like I have to wait for them to catch up to what I know before I can finally get an answer to my question. Phone support is usually better.

I also wish I could go into my Email Builder (Previously Sent) and more quickly find an old email from which to build a new one. It takes too long to load the visual thumbnails, and the search option never works. It appears to only search previous emails whose thumbnails have already loaded. All the others seem to be ignored.

OH! My biggest peeve is with chat support. It's maddening how long it takes for the rep to get underway. "Hi, thank you for contacting Infusionsoft Support today. My name is ___. I hope you're doing well today." I don't have time to be chatty, so I go straight to the question. I wait for a reply, but then they greet me again. If I'm feeling patient I'll greet them back. If not, I'll ask the question again. I wait for a reply, and they tell me something like they'll do their best to assist me. I wait for an answer, and then they repeat my question and ask if that's right. PLEASE teach the rep to REFLECT the customer's chattiness. If I'm being brief, be brief. If I'm chatty, be chatty.

Powerful and Integratable MArketing and Automation Software

Easy to use with many valuable features. Occasionally, I will need to contact InfusionSoft support for guidance. They are knowledgeable and helpful in providing guidance to accomplish the appropriate programming.

Pros

Programming is like building a flow chart. Lots of drop and drag components that can be customized to do a multitude of tasks.

Cons

A logical mind is sometimes required to perform more complex, advanced programming.

An Incredible Tool for All of Your Email Automation, Lead Management and Marketing Reporting Needs

Pros

We love InfusionSoft. I use it daily to send marketing emails, monitor current leads, run marketing reports, build campaigns, and more. I love how easy it is to create beautiful emails, adjust and build campaigns, and all of the integrations available to us. Support is incredible - I am always able to get someone on the phone or chat, and they are always able to solve my problem or answer my questions quickly. I know there are parts of InfusionSoft that we are not using to their full potential - I look forward to learning more!

Cons

The system is quite robust, so there can be a steep learning curve. However, there are tons of resources to help new users learn the system + an incredible support team to help you every step of the way.

It was actually pretty simple to use. I will give it that.

Cons

This software was just a total mess. All the fields that we populated for it were not consistent or helpful. It was hard to build process in it. It made you change your password every 6 weeks. Overall, it was just frustrating

LOVE Infusionsoft!

I've been an Infusionsoft user for nearly 5 years. I can think of no reason to ever consider changing. Their product is solid and their customer support is absolutely amazing.

Pros

So intuitive. Built for non-techies like me. When I have a question, I call support. A knowledgeable and friendly expert helps me and solves my issue on the 1st call. No wonder they are the BEST! I've been an Infusionsoft user for nearly 5 years. I can think of no reason to ever consider changing. Their product is solid and their customer support is absolutely amazing.

Cons

Nothing that I can think of that I don't like about Infusionsoft. As a small business owner I wear many hats. Infusionsoft allows me to switch hats quickly and keep my pulse on my company.

Great Customer Service

Infusionsoft is allowing me to connect with many more customers than I could ever expect to meet in person. It allows me to be international from my home office.

Pros

When I get it correct, it works well. It has many bells and whistles and they are always being upgraded.

Cons

Keep improving!

It can be used with total security without failures when managing and coordinating a campaign or your business itself. It offers powerful tools that makes it more autonomous doing everything at one time since we have an all in one.

Pros

It has a good capacity for integration with crm, marketing and email management, making the work much easier with just a few clicks you can keep everything organized. The tool is even complete to track sales and customers, create and manage campaigns almost autonomously.

Cons

It has solved our inconveniences within what is the empra so I do not think I have something close that I dislike. In addition, it does not need many skills and knowledge to use it and it is very flexible, friendly and simple.

Great CRM

Very well thought through.

Excellent support.

Cons

Quite a steep learning curve, but there are good training resources. You have to pay extra to do their training course, but there are other training courses available.
