Infusionsoft is a cloud-based sales and marketing solution that offers Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Marketing Automation and E-Commerce functionalities in one suite that helps small businesses across various industries deliver sales volumes and customer service experiences.

Users can segment their contacts, track customer interactions, send emails, run campaigns setting triggers for personalized communications based on email opens, clicks and more. Users can also manage their e-commerce, from inventory management to payments and purchase fulfillment, set up online shopping carts, track activity in their digital storefront, send quotes, invoices and receipts.

Infusionsoft’s reporting and analytics tools help users do analysis on parameters like emails, campaign performance, sales and revenue projections to track the ROI of their sales and marketing activities. Users can also access Infusionsoft remotely on their Android and iOS enabled smartphones and tablets. It offers integration with applications like QuickBooks, SalesForce, Outlook and Gmail.

Services are offered on a monthly subscription basis that includes support via phone, email and FAQs.

Pros

Infusionsoft is a decent CRM for the price point and functionality. They enable the user to create internal forms for online submission, create campaigns, and, automate your sales pipeline pretty well for someone with zero experience in coding/programming. The customer service 24/7 live chat was phenomenal.

Cons

A lot of clicking and dragging and repitive actions requires to get it setup initially. There aren’t email integration widgets such as sales force or other CRM programs have. Was spending way too much time working on the software rather than in the CRM.

Calendar does not display on mobile version of app- this makes it impossible for me to track my calendar without logging into my computer.

Pros

Infusionsoft is a great product with all of it’s many capabilities like tags and organizing daily tasks. It also integrates with several other SaaS products which makes it very versatile.

Cons

Because Infusionsoft is so customizable. It is easy to get lost and overwhelmed. More support videos would be helpful.

I bought into an infusionsoft plan and tried to cancel within the standard uk cooling off period. As this company is American, there is no 'cooling off period' It has been an expensive payment each month for something I have not used, wish to use or will use. Dissapointing

The best thing about Infusionsoft is that it does get the job done at the end of the day; it allows you to create email templates and email out campaigns with an okay deliver ability rate

Cons

The downside to Infusionsoft is that it is not as user friendly as the other marketing systems, it appears more complex overall. Also, it is fairly expensive as for what you receive. I would like it to have more email templates to choose from if I were to use in the future.

Infusionsoft is all about hype. They are great at making you feel like this product will boost production but they don't tell you that you need to hire full time staff to learn the software and it features. We were with Infusionsoft for almost 10 years and looking back it was a mistake. Very overpriced for what we used. Many other companies are less expensive and easier to work with. Their customer service is lousy and management couldn't care less about your issues. When we tried to cancel they forced use to pay another month even as a loyal 10 year customer. Very disappointed in the way we were treated and would never join Infusionsoft in the future. Consider the huge time investment in this software before you sign up and don't give them your credit card number.

Pros

Designed for companies with extra staff dedicated to handle Infusionsoft. Lots of features to learn and understand.

Cons

Way overpriced for the average company, lousy customer service and careless management.

In terms of your cancellation, we received notice from your team 10 days after the new billing cycle. Like any monthly subscription service (cable or a magazine, for example) if you call to cancel once the billing for the current month has already passed, your subscription ends at the end of that month (or billing cycle). It is pretty standard practice and we do not bill you for the following month nor charge you any cancellation fees.

Graphical interface for marketing campaigns. Stock campaigns and art. Knowledgeable trainer, but they hit the keys, so our learning curve will be steeper than I would like. Not clearly intuitive command structure.

Cons

Limited # of user defined fields. Difficult to learn how to use the system. It is taking more effort than I would like.

We eventually moved to Hubspot for our CRM needs. Infusionsoft has a set of great "standard" features, but as our business expanded we wanted a larger intergration with sales and marketing.

Im not a fan of the software so I couldn't tell you the benefits.

Pros

I enjoyed the overall effect and purpose of the software. I think that it brings value to the client.

Cons

Even though I like the end result, getting to that point is VERY difficult. It is not meant for a smaller company that doesn't have an IT department. Mapping things out was a complete pain where we had to hire someone to do it for us that knew the system.

Email followup sequences worked well, once we figured out how to set them up. Pricing has been reduced to be more market-based.

Cons

The on-boarding was terrible. Everything in Infusionsoft is counter-intuitive. Even reporting is a nightmare! I can't imagine who the ideal user is for Infusionsoft, but it's certainly not a small business on Shopify. The help files are hard to find and the support form is weak. It's really, really hard to find help on anything. I don't understand how Infusionsoft is still in business.

Infusionsoft has so much it can do. You are not limited to a simple CRM. If you have the time and the right team you can make Infusionsoft into what ever you need.

Cons

There is so much to it sometimes it felt like to much. The team I implemented it for called it Confusionsoft. They never figured out the workflow. If they would have stuck it out I think we would have been happy with it. However the learning curve was to high for our sales team.

The material provided by marketing and selling was one of the most complete I've seen in these kinds of software (regardless of Hubspot), I will position this as a good alternative of Hubspot if you are only going to purchase the sales pack

Cons

Probably pricing it is not their best friend in acquiring a big mass of customers. You pay what you get and it is like that, like it or not the price upon the number of contacts that you have.

Cons

Infusionsoft is WAY TOO PRICEY for what it does, totally not worth the money in my opinion. It should cost about 90% less.

I like the tech support. They are always available and trying to help out. The newer versions are much easier to use than the old version. Still need lots of improvements.

Cons

I don't like that the html and the view editors and not synced to each other. You can use only one or the other to built your email blasts. Doesn't merge duplicated accounts property. Don't like the way how contact lists are organized.

Integrated with nearly three hundred applications, you can connect infusion to a lot of third party tools too. The application uses universal tracking,so you can check the behavior and contact management through all the marketing channels. It also facilitates the payment processing and tracking of the inventory across several locations. Smart email marketing is enabled. They have modules called opportunity management wherein you can check various stages in the sales cycle management. Integration with WordPress helps in tacking the statistics. The application is quite complex in usage but, you will find the support team to help you with the queries. While you set up, the internal training team will provide you with coaches who would train you how to use the system. Creation of reports, where whatever is measured will be projected.

Cons

The system and interface look outdated. You can’t transfer templates and the databases aren't linked each other.

Ease of use, hands down. My call center could work the leads with ease and reports were easily obtained.

Cons

The program needs more fields on each screen that can be easily modified to fit the company business model. We had to work around a few things but we were successful. When there is a will, there is a way!

Not any yet, as I am still producing my product. But I know others who use it, and I love how they can run their business with the help of infusionsoft. I forgot something the integrations with zappier with other products is very costly too. so kind of hard when you just start off.

Pros

The Campaign builder is full of features, tasks that you can choose to be fulfilled, the planing of the sequences is straightforward, and easy to re-edit, should you want to change something. The contacts are easily organized, and I love the features for the e-mails. I am also happy to have a product that can accommodate the needs of a growing business, without the need of having to switch to another service provider.

Cons

It is still very costly when you just start out and don't have an ongoing profit bringing business yet. then I had some problem with the campaign, that the emails were not sent out, and we could not find out why, yet. I was kind of rushed into buying when I was not ready yet to do the first campaign, I love infusionsoft as a tool, and the support is great, price for new starters could be lower.

the benefits i get from here are ease of work, set reminders and organize files

Pros

what i like the most with this software is that it enables me to do my tasks faster. logging in is also very easy. one more thing is that it also set as an alarm for me for future tasks.

Cons

what i like the least with this software is that sometimes the reminders come late that cause me to miss some important job to do.

I love the fact that it's seamless to create a sales lifecycle and there's room for me to document everything, even special notes regarding each client.

Cons

It's a little difficult to get started due to so many functions and choices. The training is also available within InfusionSoft to assist with this.
