This is fantastic platform of admission process i personally recommended this to my friends circle those who working in another education sectors.

No as such, but the errors have started coming when the system is not became automated.

I am using Meritto from last 1.5 Years. Its is User Friendly and there customer support is very helpful.

It is not available on all android version, some features like POP-UP is having problem in some mobile handsets.

Product wise its a good tool. Needs ease of integration and adoption and a helpful Support team.

There should be proper inter check of  Data Errors, sometimes it may go wrong.

The inital setup is slow and a bit frustrating as some features time out.

Filter option is little bit tricky to remember.

Reporting and Statistical Data is the most important feature which i like about this software.

We can creating a self new campaign that is super easy and allocated to team members for admission conversion. A very smoothly and easy to use when we fill the candidate  details.

The option of resetting the password every now and then is tiresome. Most frustrating is does not let keep the previously used passwords.

It is excellent because of prompt and key client/customer service and time to time guidance whenever required.

The warning messages when missed any mandatory fields were not very legible and had to look thru couple of times to understand the location exactly.

Hard to get all access from NPF team, you will have to ask for all features.

Teams limited thinking lack of appetite to tweak a set approach.
