Pros
- It is easy to make a magazine-like document, with page-turn sounds. I love, most of all, the ability to do a full text search in the document, eliminating the need for a table of contents or index.
- We love the ability to publish projects as local source files for a variety of hosting and deployment models we use.
Cons
- 4 updates a year is not enough, with how the web is developing at the moment. And last year I don't even think we got 4, and that also make it to expensive in our opinion, sorry.
- The only con we found was there was no downloadable programme for macbooks (unless we paid for subscriptions to run Windows on Mac, which would slow down our machines).
Pros
- Oracle CX is a great product for interacting with our customers, giving them a good face of our company. It has lots of reports and lots of powerful tools to use.
- Amazing powerful tool that makes CX and CRM management so simple and easy to use in any company of any size.
Cons
- The program seems to crash on occasion, and it can run slow at times but other than that I don't have any other issues with it.
- It's a difficult software at first but I've gotten used to it and nowadays I don't trade for any other.
