Extremely difficult to use; insufficient integrations; many customer service reps had poor English language skills.

When linkedin changed their url format I was stuck with over 3000 records with bad url's.

It is somewhat customizable. We like the reporting features, and the ability to incorporate other tools like Zapier to work with InfusionSoft.

Some functionality has been lost in transitioning to keap ownership.

Sick and tired of paying money for something no one can make function and do what I need.

We found this one of the best CRMs in market and application built quality is great.

The fact that we can design the whole campaign on a drawing board like the platform is something that I think everyone should do. It just gives you a good overall view of how we are running things.

The only bad thing is that it has no documentation in Spanish and that it is a bit expensive.

I started with Infusionsoft before it was Keap. Customer service was way better before the were bought out.

Landing pages rarely work and I have had multiple events and lost hundreds of leads during the KEAP take over of Infusionsoft. Now I have too much money invested to make a switch.

My overall experience is fantastic. Infusionsoft is advanced and I applaud the creators for their brilliant and creative minds.

I requested a cancellation of our acccount which, to this day, has not been actioned. I have had to go to my bank to block further charges of my account.

No meaningful R&D, poor support, and no email integration.

Keap has really been awesome so far and I will keep using it.

But it's just things like that that make the platform feel so outdated. For the first couple of years, we felt like the customer support was fantastic.

I don't know much about the pricing, but I have heard that it's a great value comparatively.

It  gives us the ability to help the customer feel secure in their purchase also helps to cover our end if one tries to lie and say they didnt recieve it.

We love Infusionsoft because it is user friendly, intuitive and we have been able to combine our marketing campaigns into the software.

There is a learning curve to understanding how to set up and send emails. It's also hard to manage email contacts.

I am happy with their level of support as well. I would recommend it to someone that is serious about building an online business.

There's a bit of a lag which can be a bit of a pitfall when you're trying to get people to purchase something else but you don't have the right data points to back up the big purchase.

We connect it to a custom-built solution that provides context regarding where we are spending our time and the effectiveness. For that, SalesDirector makes it extremely easy.

Super simple to set up - just connect Outlook and Salesforce accounts and it will automatically write back activities into Salesforce.

Linking of accounts seems hit or miss overall.

Implementation of the product was very easy and we were able to realize the benefits within a few weeks of use.

Very helpful in monitoring our customer engagement, evaluate accounts and opportunities that are healthy or may need attention.

We were stood up in days; ease of deployment is high. Their team is excellent.

I find Salesdirector easier to navigate than Salesforce, and I love being able to see my target vs my opportunities and shortfall.

Overall it's fine and a good tool to help increase productivity. I would hesitate to recommend it to anyone immediately without knowing their situation, but i would most likely recommend it.

It's an effective coaching tool (you can flag reps who are forecasting deals that haven't engaged with you for weeks) and provides a stronger and more intuitive way to run forecast reviews.

I love how easy it is to categorize my meetings.

I like the ease of use, it's pretty functional and for the most part is accurate.

The font weight needs to be heavier. Also, i am not sure why, but sometimes the data is incorrect.

Writing contacts back to Salesforce can sometimes be problematic.

The technical support has been great. They've really customized the tool to help fit our needs.

It does the daily scraping of our email to port it over ot CRM. I dont really interact with it other than that, but its a helpful tool that it does that.
