Once trained the product/software is easy to use and provides a great follow up service to our customers plus peace of mind for the user.

The integrations make it easy to work with no matter which ecosystem you might be in.

Also love that you can link contacts to each other and to tasks and calendar items. Love that it syncs with Google, gmail and contacts.

That I can't see reports as a user...or graphs. I don't like that there is no chat with other users feature.

Ease of use and simplicity are the key words here  inexpensive and fairly intuitive, overall good Value for Money.

It is a very streamlines software. I like the fact that it is fast and you can place your tasks.

These folks are so nice and so helpful. Fast to reply and open to suggestions.

The cost is amazing and I have tried many other CRM's before choosing LACRM.

It is simple to use, with good training if you need it.

No app integration...No business card reader app to upload a lead. No rewritten emails to send customers with just one click of a button.

No way to create mailings from contact list. This may be a deal killer for me.

The software is very reasonably priced. It is easy to learn and it is easy and affordable to have across your entire team if you want.

It's relatively easy to use for starters however, advanced features are also available for those who like to tinker.

Sometimes running a specific report can be cumbersome. At this moment I can't describe the instance that I had a problem with.

Once I figured out how to navigate the ease of navigation and categorizing clients is the best.

LACRM is pretty user friendly, and the Q & A section is awesome and great when getting started.

Customer service and training are superb. If we want to do something, we call and they show us how to do it.

I just get the feeling they are out there hustling just like I am and treating me with customer care and modeling service as I try to do the same with my leads.

If you don't spell the first and last name correctly or miss a letter, the information will not come up.

Functionality is good, and very reasonably priced overall.

Compared to other tools in the market it's much more user friendly and more importantly the database is up-to-date. MediaHQ is continuously improving its features also which is great to see.

Sometimes I find some key journalists are missing or can be slow to update.

I like how easy it is to use as that is the most important factor to me in any online tool.

Media HQ has saved us valuable time and helped us reach media outlets like never before. We would never be able to build and maintain such an extensive database ourselves.

The list hub is a hugely useful resource. The product is really easy to use and scheduling of press releases is a very useful feature.

These lists provide a comprehensive and up-to-date database of media professionals and journalists which proves to be a fantastic resource.

However, if I have indeed left a field blank (which I have accidentally done a few times), it looks as if the test email has been sent and I'm then left wondering why it hasn't arrived.

The ability to search and breakdown these lists into subcategories enhances the usability further.

The list hub can be confusing. Lists can also be out of date - people have left, moved jobs or are not included.

Overall the service itself is easy to use, manage and maintain. Customer service is excellent and training is provided efficiently and effectively.

I love that it's so easy to use and that I can send out a press release that can reach hundreds of journalists and radio/TV producers quickly. It helps with rapid brand awareness.

The ease of access, the contact updating feature, pre-made lists, search and email distribution were all very good.
