Love how it integrated with our dental software, it makes confirming appointments and contacting patients a breeze. Also very easy to change patient preferences.

Also, they did not text clients as thought. We had several very upset about not receiving text regarding past due vaccinations, etc.

They started to branch out into other fields too quickly and most of the information we were receiving was no longer related to the dental field.

Overall, a very positive experience with Demandforce. My co-workers and I have found the live text feature very useful, it was a smart addition.

Ve had difficulty recently adding photos to my emails, which is a huge negative. I had to contact customer service and the representative had to add the images for me.

We are pleased with the program. It is primarily used to track incoming appointment requests and it does a great job with that.

In addition, the billing was a mess. They over-charged us and it took months to get ironed out.

I like that our company is able to offer customers the feature of booking online. It's useful for marketing campaigns in terms of tracking open rate and revenue produced from emails.

It way communication overload. People are hesitant to give their information out already and we received many angry calls due to using this.

DemandForce was a great tool to keep our patients informed about their appointments. The platform was easy to use and offered customization options to fit the needs of our large practice.

I liked the ease of use and the confirmations for appointments. It also is a great reputation builder.

I would say we are creating more problems rather than alleviating any.

Overall, this software is great. Even if there is something I was unable to figure out, customer support is very accessible.

When I spoke with them regarding services that had not been happening, they passed it off. A large amount of revenue was lost for several months.

The best part of the program is the automated confirmation emails/texts that it sends out  Demandforce is synced to our calendar program and is able to confirm appointments for us.

We  were able to increase our marketing communications with our patients in a personal and effective manner.

Great responsive support and it solves our marketing issues. We love that it connects with our ChiroTouch system and a partner with WebMD.

RueBaRue has done an outstanding job at simplifying so many different tasks that have taken up so much of my time.

My experience has been that if there is anything I come across that I don't understand or have difficulty with, RueBarue is so quick to respond and offer assistance.

One business problem this software helps solve is lost information sheets in property. It also allows guests to review instructions prior to arrival and to ask questions ahead of time.

The links provided to guests to view close by restaurants and attractions directly from Google are amazing.

I haven't found anything I don't like about it yet.

The email scheduler is a little rudimentary, only allowing for text and no design or photos.

The customization allowing personalized guest books specific to each property for each gives us the ability to provide hyper specific information at scale and on an automated basis.

Previously, there wasn't a way to determine if a property guide had been sent to a particular guest, but Nars has solved this problem.

The only negative was my fault for not getting my information in to populate the guides and information. Once I finished on my end we were up and running in no time.

Easily integrated with OwnerRez, all guest information loads seamlessly between the platforms. Extremely user friendly and the development team are open to ideas or suggestions from the field.

I like that the platform can be customized to match my company marketing, colors, logo , etc. The ability to create custom guides for each location is great and showing the distances is awesome.

The communication part is sort of confusing - when more than one of us are getting the texts we can't always tell the other person answered them already.
