Artemis is an amazing lead generation tool! It has helped me so much in finding emails, phone numbers, and contact details in LinkedIn searches. I highly recommend this tool to any sales teams or business owners out there! It's also great for finding Facebook and Twitter information. I'm really excited about this tool and I think it can be really helpful for sales teams and business owners.

Database is limited at the moment and most likely more phone numbers would make a real difference. As it is a new tool, I am confident that it will become better

Good software, pathetic support

I loved the platform for it's ease of use.

Pathetic customer experience. Just because of this one reason I would not use or recommend Use Artemis ever again. I raised a query recently on why I have been charged for subscription when I had opted to cancel it. Initially their bot responded, and it was communicated that I can take things up with a customer service representative. Within 02-03 hours I receive an email saying my subscription is cancelled and that I have access to my paid month until 09th October. Not only did their service team remain unresponsive, they went ahead and deactivated my access to the platform before the said period.I got a response email saying that this query is to be shared with the use artemis team at a mentioned email address and that I could request queries regarding refunds or payment related queries if any on a link shared which takes you to interact with another bot which took my details and emailed me stating that I would get a refund within 04-05 working days. Which did not progress any further and a rep emailed me saying that my query was already addressed and closed. However good a product is or capable a team is the underlying etiquette to customers is what matters most.

So far, so good. I mentioned already the areas I didn't like, i.e. the software getting hung up when I tried to move to the next page while prospecting. I wasn't able to add those prospects to my list. I believe they're a somewhat new company, so I think, considering, they're doing pretty well. I'm looking forward to their getting all of their functions in order. Overall good experience though.

I like the ease of use. It's pretty straightforward. Like the results it returns, and pretty fast as well.

Wish there were more videos on how to use certain aspects of the platform. I don't like that it seems to get hung up when I have multiple pages returned when I'm using the prospecting tool. I've had the app freeze on me when I'm trying to get past the second page of results. I don't like that:-I don't seem to be able to save my search query results for later to add more to my list.-I dont seem to be able to put in multiple cities, counties, or states when I do my searches.-LinkedIn and Facebook lead generation tool is not available as of the time of this review, but I hope that they're cleared and compliant with LinkedIn and Facebook guidelines for using the tool to generate leads. That can be tricky and put folks accounts in possible violation.Would like more documentation and support around the product that takes in all desired forms of learning and retention: Audio, Visual, Kinesthetic, & Hybrid models.

I love this app because it is extremely easy to use. It has a very simple user interface that makes it easy for anyone to find the contact details of any person they are searching for. The results are almost accurate and instant, which I really appreciate as I need my information quickly! This app is highly recommended by me as there's nothing better than having all your contacts in one place and being able to call them anytime you want.

The email campaign is a little light, they need to upgrade to drip campaigns. Also waiting on them to add a LinkedIn automation portion.

I was surprised by the ease of use of the app. It would have taken me months to get the list of contacts that I got in a couple of minutes.

Some important functions are still missing, such as Facebook groups and Sales Navigator, but it is a matter of waiting a bit. professional

The least liked aspect of the useArtemis - Email Finder software is that it can sometimes be slow and unreliable. Additionally, some of the emails found may be outdated or inaccurate.

Finding emails and phone numbers is extremely easy. The chrome extension is easy to use, as is the website platform.

I wish there was a way to pull up contacts that included phone numbers as well, so I could focus on those.

I like the fact that they are improving the software and getting in more features. Finding leads is easier for our agency now.I would appreciate if they can add a section in which they show the funded startups country wise and the decision makers.They should add tutorials and guides to find decision makers so that beginners start to understand.

Features missing: Multiple selection is missing which makes it hard to find leads based on persona.

Finding contacts from linkedin quickly easy and cheaply is a breeze with this software and I really recommend it to everyone. The software new from a French company which then to a focus on both the European market as well as the U.S. and worldwide market unlike other companies and the database is really really big

If I search for certain categories of people and get 5000 results or 10 apples I cannot download them all at once but in steps de 500 at a time this despite the fact that the search gives me those thousands of contacts in a split second. This like others is one of the aspects that it will improve more and more as it is already doing, the other aspect is the new mailing feature that being new probably it doesn't have all the features of more mature email sending products, and it's constantly evolving but that's not a major feature because it's already great what it can do by finding contacts

I have been using this tool like crazy since last few days. I have to admit it's going to disrupt some established players in the game. Moreover they are also going to launch LinkedIn automation & cold outreach which is amazing.

Only one thing I notice is that it's taking some time while finding the leads from LinkedIn but it's ok with me. Hat's off to the team!!

I really liked how this software also allows you to obtain the personal emails of the people associated with the business. not only the company emails. also, many credits are available for a great price

The export function is a bit clunky. If there are 3000 results for a search, I would like to be able to enrich and export to csv as one workflow.

I've been using the useArtemis product for the past few months and I'm very impressed with the results. The product is very intuitive and easy to use, and I've been able to quickly create a website and launch it without any technical knowledge. The customer service team is also very helpful and have answered all of my questions quickly. I'm very satisfied with the overall experience and would recommend useArtemis to anyone looking to create a professional website.

The only con I've experienced is that the product can be a bit expensive for some users.
