Pros
- Yet find anything that I like most about this software.
- I attribute our success, and continued positive path moving forward to our utilization of Webex. Without it, our communication would become more difficult, break down, and cause negative work flow.
Cons
- With that version, it is not possible to edit regular communication. I find that if I discover an error, or need to change information I send out, I have to delete it.
- It was a little difficult at first to understand how to use the software. However, once you learn it it is simple.
Pros
- Great user experience, they are always improving the software. Unlike some competitors i really like how you can see customers engagement on the review invite sent.
- So far my favorite thing about Podium is how accessible the Customer Support team is. They have answered all my questions so for.
Cons
- On a rare occasion, customers have reported that they were unable to open links sent through podium. It is my belief that this was likely user error on their end as I have not experienced this issue.
- My only complaint so far with the software is where the payment portal is concerned.
