It's great,  very insightful tool. I would recommend using it, though it can be quite slow at times.

It also helps determine where there are issues in your funnel and what a potential solution might be to improve it.

Really helpful for finding bugs / improving your product UX, the pricing is way too high for the value.

Overall I enjoy FullStory and the abilities it provides.

This makes it difficult to determine which options the user is actually seeing. The way they portray the user zooming-in is also a little disorienting.

We've used it to analyze conversion rate issues and it has provided invaluable insight. The FullStory support team is a dream to work with - they are responsive and go above and beyond to help out.

I recommend it to all my colleagues, it can help improve our user experience by reviewing their activity, not just to help investigate issues.

Pays itself just for using it for customer support, but every department is using it now (marketing, product management, R&D, ...).

Software has a summary section also which is great, analytics and trends are very useful and you can also integrate into jira for reports and decision making.

The integration of fullStory to the product is simple and easy due to the good documentation an good customer support. The FullStory provides some inbuilt analysis trends which is pretty useful.

I love how quick it is to find out the customer segments you are looking for. This is super important when QA-ing software.

We don't rely too heavily on the product simply because we can't be sure it's capturing everything.

FullStory is helping us immensely with UX/UI research and how to improve our app. It also helps us with customer support because we can easily identify what a user did and where he ran into trouble.

The limited window of time that sessions are available for review, and it is quite expensive.

This product is fantastic for breaking down how your user interface is faring among your users. It shows some statistics that other analytics do not.

I recommend it for any SaaS company looking to better understand the behavior of their users.

It's great for seeing what a user is doing, and has great settings to help block certain sessions from being recorded, as well as blocking elements for privacy reasons.

I love the whole concept of the software. It’s amazing to watch a customers entire journey through our website.

It also guides us into making decisions on the design of the site, its great to have the video replays of multiple sessions that help to prove or disprove our hypothesis.

Full story is so easy to use and protects user privacy also which was a concern of mine. Its a easy to set up through segment and their customer support is there if you need any help.

FullStory gives you the ability to track and see what your prospects or customers are doing on your website. It allows you to see exactly what is going on and think of ideas on how you can help them.

If I remember correctly, setting it up was a little difficult in our environment because of our stack.

Allows me to investigate bugs and user error super quickly within a fun to use interface.

I love not only how it records your users' sessions so you can literally watch what they did on your website, but also how it then provides you analytics on their habits.

For the price it demands, I feel the ROI is very low.

Customer service was poor. Price for minimum package was increased from USD $199 to $899.

Yet find anything that I like most about this software.

With that version, it is not possible to edit regular communication. I find that if I discover an error, or need to change information I send out, I have to delete it.

I attribute our success, and continued positive path moving forward to our utilization of Webex. Without it, our communication would become more difficult, break down, and cause negative work flow.

It is user friendly and if i ever do need assistance i get email responses in a timely manner.

It was a little difficult at first to understand how to use the software. However, once you learn it it is simple.

Webex has created a strong reliable communication path for Employees and Customers. This has made working from home successful, and positive.

Our Employee attendance has improved with the ability to work from home. But none of that would be possible without Webex creating a channel for positive communication and collaboration.

Cloud Cherry is the 3rd company we have partnered with over the years to provide this solution and they are the best priced for the number of features they provide.

Okay survey tool but needs improvement in many areas.

Additional sailent feature provision urges the user to reuse the platform. Very simple platform where one can guage the Customer Delight easily.

Cloud Cherry offered us an easy to use solution that integrated quickly with our CRM system.

The navigation is really confusing and I still haven't figured out where to find things several months after I started using it.
